    The surface dock is awesome, I use it with my SurfaceBook. I do wish it had more ports, but that's just me being picky. The newer design is also a lot slimmer than the previous one. My biggest gripe though is the fact that it is so expensive for what it is.

    I have had a Surface Pro 4 for about a year, but wanted to use it to support a trading station. I was able to add two wide screen monitors, Bluetooth mouse, an existing 1 TByte drive, as well as a hardwired LAN connection to cut down on wireless latency. Minimum footprint makes it great. And taking my Surface with me is as easy as unplugging the power cord from the unit. Glad I bought it.
