It is so much more than a phone. I use all Microsoft office and teams to do my work. It does have a few glitches with detecting that the screen is folded back but in most part works well. I would have a hard time switching back to a regular phone after using this one.

I really wanted this to work with Sprint. Goodness how I wanted it to work! I don't understand the hate this device gets, seeing as how it is PHENOMENAL. Dual screens? Who needs them? You. You do. Because once you go dual screen it's very hard to go back.

The MS Duo was a huge disappointment. Everything is buggy. Screen rotation, lock/unlock, phone calls, keyboard, messaging, camera etc. Everything works about 50% of the time. I wish they would have waited to work out the rest of the software development. All the reviews are right out there. If you are using this as a phone replacement, move along. I’d like to see second gen or how the software pans out. But for now I had to return, eat the $45 and go back to my iPhone pro max.

This product does not have any instructions to properly operate this product. This has many excellent features and it is very difficult to operate it so that those features can be used. This is extremely frustrating when you have this in your hands and cannot figure out how to get it to work. I am extremely disappointed by this.

So my device is starting to do the cracking thing by the charging port and Microsoft & Best Buy are refusing to replace it. I only have a limited warranty until next year, bought my device March 31, 2021 and the thing is breaking down already Smh. Somebody Microsoft or Best Buy need to let me replace my device before it gets way worse.
Experience has been horrible ever since the last update, but the hardware is great, just has that cracking flaw.

This phone is game changing in so many levels. Yes there are some glitches and the software is not perfect but future updates will address those. I don't see myself going back to a device with a single screen, ever.

An excellent device that helps with productivity. I have not had any of the issues reported in tech media. When I use the surface slim pen it is a lot better than the Galaxy Note 9 I had before it.

This is not a phone for a casual user. This phone is comparable to running a computer with dual monitors. If you want it for texting, calls, and browsing the internet it's not for you.
It's a little buggy but I feel it will get straightened out with updates.

Wanted to love and keep this because of the unique form factor and portability; but it lacks much as a primary device. Would be great as a secondary device though to compliment a better cell phone.

I wanted to love this and I do but it's just not ready to be my daily device. You have to make so many sacrifices. The Microsoft skin on top is very minimal, barely any customizable options with the launcher. Coming from nova launcher, the surface interface is just too limited. There is no wifi calling on verizon which is a huge blow because I get poor cell service in my home. No wireless charging, which I can live without, but also not nfc for mobile payments. I am going to return the duo and keep using my Note 20 Ultra for now.
