14 vs 60 day Return Pilicy

It’s an ok device. Just DON’T BUY from Bestbuy if you want the 60 day return policy that Microsoft is offering instead of the 14 days that Bestbuy offers , which you will need since the buyers remorse can be too much with this thing. The prices are reducing too quickly so buying now will only add to the buyers remorse. Just wait and see what prices look like after the holidays and then buy from Microsoft store directly.

I absolutely love this phone. When it 1st came out I really wanted it but all I heard were bad reveiws about all this software glitches, etc, but i continued to watch reviews and Microsoft really stepped up and put out alot of updates and fixed the glitches, i haven't had any problem and having the multi screens is amazing, So simple to use and makes me so much more productive on my phone. Yes i wish is had wireless charging, but newer model coming out soon will probably have it .

The screen was easily cracked when a little sand got in between the screens. It's worth the new price but not the 1000 I got it for. If you buy it be careful to keep your pockets lint free.

Not worth it to me. Device overheats, has A weird touch response.. overall not the worse... definitely not the best and not worth the price, and not anywhere near it's competitors level. They should sit this one out.

I wanted this to be so much better than it turned out to be. I had to return it. The camera was bad. A simple work-related task would not work with this camera. Gen 2 will be better. The plastic side will change color and break near the charging port.

Microsoft is onto something major here. I believe this is a device that is a game changer in the long run. Its the type of thing that you don't understand how much you need until you use it - akin to the original iPhone. But this is just not yet ready for primetime unfortunately. The 6GB RAM is just not enough to smoothly run two apps side by side, and Microsoft still has a lot of work to do to fix bugs that make this device painful to use about 1/3rd of the time.

Simple short cuts took a little getting used to, but the phone comes with guides. And if you can't adjust, there are settings to make it more like other Android devices. Initial updates took quite some time even with half a gigabit speed internet. But otherwise, with the devices productivity capabilities I haven't used my laptop since getting this. Best Buy seems like the place to get this phone as you can't insure through Verizon, or get the phone for that matter. And who wants to use Dell financing? Not sure about the other carriers.

Hello Ramone,
Thank you for your feedback on Surface Duo. In answer to your question, Surface Duo is a new dual-screen Surface that fits in your pocket. With two 5.6-inch screens that unfold to make an 8.1-inch screen, Surface Duo brings together the best of Microsoft productivity experiences, Android apps and Surface hardware design into a single device. And yes, it can make phone calls.

Works like a tablet, and a phone all in one. Working off two screens is great. Do one task one one screen and another on the other one.

This is an excellent device, but under no circumstances should you let these Best Buy yahoo’s activate it for you. When I picked it up, they sent along the wrong size SIM card (it takes a Nano and they sent a micro) ... AND they assigned a phone number in an area code in which neither I nor the store are located! Which I am still straightening out with AT&T, probably at my expense. Their tech guys should go back to their old jobs working the fry basket.

Great as a secondary device. It is too buggy and cumbersome forw to be my main driver. But, I love the idea and I can't wait for all the improvements.
