Tactile, efficient- a 100% match to my use case

For my use case- this is the best phone I have had since my long ago Windows phone. It is truly a pda/phone/dual screen computer that fits in my pocket.
It is up to a user to adapt to their device- and I have adapted. My only worry is that once again something will become central to my daily life- then become unsupported since reviewers are comparing this device to a phone along.
Sure it is fragile, has few case options- but it fits in my pocket with its case, all my software works. I am reading books again with the Kindle app, not scrolling mindlessly through Flipboard. My three needs for Google Authenticator clearly show side by side so I don't need to remember the number. With my case, I can't turn it 100% back on each other- but I would never do that anyway. It facilitates MS Teams- and the two screen phone that sits in one hand is my perfect device.
Buy one, try it, and send it back if you have to. If you are an business user juggling a complicated life- you may never be without it.
Slap in a magnetic cable dongle to be sure you don't stress the USB-C port- and for heaven's sake- put it in a case. The Noreve works for me- in spite of how long it took to get it.
How do you use your phone- only you know if this will work for you or not- but it works for me- dramatically so.
And that hinge- is just plain perfect.

This is a great device. Android 12L should thrive on this device. Until then, this device is much better than many reviews have pegged it to be. It's smooth, with few to no major glitches. I've had a couple apps act flakey, but not sure if it was the app or me trying to see what I could and couldn't do with the app the first couple days of having it. I've had it since the 9th of November and it's been a joy so far. I've tested my Surface Pro 6 pen on it and it works well, but I think I will be wait on buying a dedicated pen, for now. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone wanting to try something different and understands what this device isn't and can appreciate it for what it's meant to be... A multi-tasking device that is capable of being a daily driver.

A wonderful device for anyone using multiple apps

The multi app functionality of this phone is unmatched. I've used a Samsung z fold 3 for around 6 months after using the original duo, and i came back to duo 2 for a reason. It just isn't the same. I cannot recommend this device enough for people using multiple apps for things like bill planning or work, like i know it's helped me a ton as a teacher.

This is a great productivity device. Build quality is very premium. Feels very good to hold and screen resolution and audio voice quality is great. Endless possibilities of using this device for productivity. Microsoft Surface devices are very premium and Duo 2 is no exception.

One side of the phine stopped working. Its been less than a year since I got it. Best Buy said they couldn’t do anything other than replace or reach out to Microsoft to replace it. Huge waste of time trying to get a hold of Microsoft and there is no service available for this device.

I have been a Windows phone user for many years and I find the Android interface very confusing. I have problems with the phone. Many times I have rebooted to make the phone work. I also have problems with texting. I find in difficult to start a text to someone in my favorites. I wish there was a good online user guide facility.
