This is a really cool device. I was looking for something different in terms of looks and functionality and this is it! It isn't for everyone and there is a slight learning curve but overall it's wonderful. Only downside is that there are not very many options for protection of the device. The overpriced bumper does provide minimal protection. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

A definite improvement on the original. Works faster, easier to use, the speakers are a huge improvement over the original and the camera actually takes decent picture. It absolutely has that 'Wow' factor.

I can not overstate how much i love this device. Its amazing. You can flip the screens entirely around to use 1 or 2 screens like a book. Kindle is great on this, multitasking is great. The only problem is the gap between the screen if you stretch apps.

Hardware is the best I have ever seen. The software is whole other topic. Waiting for the next big update before the end of the year this will determine if I keep this phone.

Microsoft have done a great job with the invitation of this phone

If you are looking for a foldable phone for productivity, this is it. If you are in the market for average use foldable phone, then look somewhere else. As of now, the folding phone concept is still under development and prices are ridiculously expensive, accessories like protective cases are hard to find, and while under normal use, screens can crack or detach because of the repetitive process of opening and closing folding phones. However, Microsoft surface duo 2 has developed a lot of engineering in the hinges, the screens are rigid and protected by Gorilla Glass, with the sacrifice of the gap between the two screens. That's is in my opinion the biggest problem Microsoft surface duo 2 is facing right now. Other than that, the phone exceeded our expectations and is capable of doing what is supposed to do. Though about returning it to the store, but after an extensive evaluation we decided to keep them in the long term.

I am a owner of the original Surface Duo 1 which I absolutely loved. I now have Surface Duo2 must say it is a vast improvement on the prior phone making this an excellent choice for individuals who need a productivity phone such as myself

A great upgrade from the original Duo. Especially if you like the idea of a dual screen phone.

I love the phone my biggest problem are the hinges

Was a very smooth pick up at Sioux Falls Best Buy Store. I love the device they sold me. They did a great job. Keep up the great work. I love the way they handled things. I will love to come back to the store and purchase more devices. I love going to this store and buying a lot of devices. This is my ideal device. I will buy more all the time. I love going to this Best Buy seeing what they have. I love how this is my favorite place to shop. I always receive what I want in a timely manor. Finally a camera that is photo worthy, this is the phone we were expecting. Software still needs some bug squashing but otherwise good.

The phone is great! I wish its battery life was longer.

what an improvement from the first Surface Duo, visually as well as performance wise. I was happy with the first edition and this one is even better!

Despite a second gen they haven't solved the touch response issue while typing. The software is a significant upgrade. There is absolutely nothing to dislike apart from that touch response. Talk about productivity with all MS software including outlook and you can't type easily.

The phone is great, gave 4 stars due to a bug where one screen went black while an app was on both screens. i seem to be in the minority and it has only happened 1 time. Could be a fluke and only time will tell.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PHONE! This phone is people who want to be able to multi-task. Each screen is its own.

The hardware quality is what I expected, the absolute best. The operating system is exactly what I remembered from my last android, the worst... Disappointed with Microsoft, not Best Buy... But Best Buy's geeks...
