Customers are saying

Customers value the Surface Duo 2 5G 128GB (Unlocked) for its multitasking capabilities, praising its usefulness for work-related tasks. The dual-screen design is also a hit, with users appreciating its functionality and aesthetics. While the camera quality is generally well-received, the software experience is a point of contention, with some customers expressing frustration about the need for constant updates. Battery life is another concern, as some users find it falls short of their expectations.

A giant improvement over the first Gen! OS can still be a little glichy. While the camera hardware is hugely improved the camera software needs work. Screens are beautiful, clear and sharp.

Awesome gadget! My "Wall St. phone" I call it. I use it for stocks, work, and my artistry side. A true workhorse of a phone, although I use it purely as a tablet not a phone. So far so good with no glitches. Microsoft has truly gone the right route. The "Your Phone" app + Microsoft 365 + Surface Laptop = a piece of heaven.

This is my second Surface Duo. The Surface Duo2 is an outstanding phone. The software has been updated for the two screens and is now buttery smooth. The camera is 100 times better than the previous one on the Duo. I highly recommend this device and rate it higher than other competitors.

I own a IPhone for my personal every day use but I saw the price drop on this phone a couple of months ago and I had to grab it. I mainly use it for my business calls and to take notes during business meeting but it is well with the investment.

Great on the go tool for artist. Imagine carrying around a traditional moleskin sketchbook that has access to every tool in your studio. I tend to use one screen for digital art while using the other screen for my reference/text/watching a movie.

Overall a good small tablet option to travel with but too small for a larger tablet or laptop replacement.

The surface duo 2 is a big upgrade over the surface duo. The phone is more stable and has better hardware than the first edition. Camera is still lacking but sufficient.

I love my new phone but discovered it had a virus and dept with technical support for 4 hours, I waiting for a new one today. That a lot of money to pay for merchandise that didn’t work 14 days

Loved the feel of this sleek device. Went to this as a result of my Z Fold 3 beginning to make a click sound behind the crease as I scrolled so I returned it with a heavy heart. So I chose the Surface Duo 2 and was super excited until I copied my data and after that the device got hot and the screens became different colors. One a cool tone the other a soft yellow. Obviously different from all angles. Did a little research and found several reviews saying the same. So I returned it and got an iPhone 13 Pro Max until the next round of foldables come or the S22ultra..

The phone seems to work. Very quiet ring tones so change them to some rock songs before you lose it the first time. The touch screen is designed for you to need the pen, no way out of it. Then the pen needs to be charged, but it does not come with a charger. Of course it needs a weird proprietary charger only sold by microsoft. THIS PHONE IS A HIDDEN MONEY PIT BEWARE. add $200 just to get a pen and to get it to work
