This is a beautiful keyboard, very modern in appearance.

Gorgeous keyboard. Instant blue screen / stop error / bug check when we connected it. Also required an elevated install, which was a show stopper in spouses work laptop. Competitor keyboard did not have either issue. Uses a linked usb connector, so if it is lost, keyboard will never work. Gorgeous, luxurious keyboard. I loved it, but we returned it.

Built beautifully, feels solid and within one week has completely eliminated neck, wrist, and shoulder pain I had, BUT, the space bars stick and that’s just unacceptable for a keyboard of half this price, let alone what it costs. Have to tap the body of it to get the space bar on either side to return and no amount of use seems to be loosening it up enough. It’s the only problem, unfortunately it is a big enough one to impact my rating.

Love this ergonomics keyboard but the material and light color show dirt really easily. There are dark spots where my palms rest on it

I ended up returning this product. Good: it uses bluetooth so you can connect to your tablet before some security settings. Bad: the keys require a large push. Unlike other Microsoft and Apple keyboards that have a very light easy push for the keys, this has very deep keys. Not very modern. Also since it has the 10 number section not the right, it is very wide and may take up more space than you want on a small desk.

I bought this as a gift to my wife, she loves it, it is worth the pricetag it is a big step up the "Microsoft - Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless USB Keyboard and Mouse" package, and it workes over bluetooth which is awesome.

I got this keyboard for work and it’s definitely improved my comfort levels. It is kind of annoying when the keyboard sleeps after not using for a few minutes, but that’s not a deal breaker. I’m using this with a Mac and it works great.

This keyboard is next level! Lets start with the finish. Nice Suede type material on the palm rest that provide excellent support and cushioning. The position of the keys allow your hands to rest at a more natural position that lends itself to a more fluid typing experience.

I love the keyboard, but the spacebar is squeaky, which is a bummer.

I really want to love this keyboard. It feels great while typing and has great shortcuts for Microsoft. The only problem is that keys are not backlit. I work in the dark alot and it kind of eats at my soul every time I go to try and light up the keys forever sending me into rememberance of many pennies paid for this one.... Sigh Guess I'll wait for the next version :,(

Upgraded to this new ergo keyboard when I purchased my SurfaceBook. Previously I used the older model of the ergo keyboard. This is definitely a much improved keyboard that has the same key action as normal keyboards along with the comfort you expect from the ergo keyboards.

The Bluetooth connection is not the quickest to connect at start up like a usb would be. But it’s comfortable.

This is my first experience with an ergonomic keyboard and I don't care much for the design of it. I like a traditional keyboard much better. There are also bluetooth connectivity issues. I had to upgrade to the latest version of Windows 10 which I did not like because of bugs. After finally getting it connected I noticed a slight delay with keystrokes being registered. I wouldn't buy it again.

I opted to spend more money on a Microsoft keyboard as they are typically built better than the less expensive alternatives. Though with the extra expense, I have a higher performance expectation. Unfortunately, this keyboard falls far short of expectations. I am typing on this now and it squeaks on almost every keystroke. Even more frustrating is that there is a lag so that capitalization of the first letter is often missed and occasionally an input runs as though a key is stuck (the same character repeats itself continuously even though I have stopped typing). Good thing I didn't toss my old keyboard as I have had to use it when this one didn't work. The same is true for the Microsoft mouse I purchased with it, but that is for a different review.

Great product but you better have a good internal blue-tooth card because the dongles don't work well with it.

I purchased this keyboard thinking it would replace my surface tablet keyboard and it did! Just like the surface keyboard, the haptic feedback is wonderful and the quietness of the keys really is noticeable. The alcanterra fabric is a nice touch.

This product is ok but really not worth the money. Mine always takes about 3 to 4 seconds after I begin typing to connect. VERY hard to deal with and caused a lot of mistakes. Also the space bar sticks. I am very disappointed in this product.

It works fine. It takes a little while to get used to a different shaped keyboard.

This honestly is my favorite to keyboard I’ve owned, however, it has one MAJOR design flaw…. It only works with Bluetooth and the connection is fair at best. I used this keyboard for all of 2 hours and I lost track of how many times it skipped words, letters, was delayed, etc. The icing on the cake was when I needed to make a call and the keyboard just stopped working while I was using my Bluetooth headset (I was using this for work). If Microsoft came out with this keyboard and a dongle option this would be the perfect keyboard, but as it is I would absolutely not recommend it and tell you to go with the Logitech option.
