Excellent Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I surprised my husband with this tablet during our recent travels. He usually borrowed our daughter's laptop or tried to carry-on with his daily business by phone email. He was so happy to have a device that is convenient, small / light enough to carry most anywhere.

MS Surface Go
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought my Suface Go right before a trip & I’m glad I did! It’s compact & durable. I just wanted a tablet, but this is a mini Laptop. I use it more than my laptop now. Battery life is great. I have all the office 365 products. I’m not sure I’ll keep the subscription going because I’d rather own a license & I hate subscriptions!!!

Great for many things
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is actually really nice. It works well. There's not lag at all, especially when you're using this to draw on it. The pen can connect to Bluetooth, only if you you use it for shortcuts to certain apps. Although you can still just use the pen without connecting it. Also, the pen is magnetic and you can stick it on either side of the surface go, including the back of it (the part it doesn't have the folding stand). The keyboard is really nice. The fabric is soft and velvety. The keyboard looks confusing to attach, but it actually connects with a magnet. A really strong magnet. There's also an option to turn on the light for the keyboard, so you can type in the dark. All in all, if you buy it at best buy, it'll be pricey, You can get a package deal with the surface go, keyboard, and office together for about $500 though.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this as a gift for my daughter who’s in her Junior year in college. I also gave her the pen to use with her computer. It’s very compact and easy to carry between classes and perfect for home. Perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This surface is great for my profession as I use it for surveying. I was expecting to pay 600.00+- for a tablet computer like this so getting it for 399.00 it is well worth it. I was told I would have to pay 50.00 in order to use third party software on this machine due to windows 10 s or whatever it is that comes with it but dont let that discourage you if you are told that same thing because after getting it home and trying to download my surveying program it directed me to the windows store where I was given a choice to download windows home for free and be able to use third party or stay with s and not so it didnt cost me anything like the sales rep had said it would

Love all the options
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Starting my own business I needed the versatile of a tablet but the power of a computer. I started with a surface go but upgraded to the pro 7. The screen Size and processor is much bigger. I was going to get the X but after uncovering software compatibility issues pro 7 was the winner.

Best little friend Ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was a tad hesitant at first but eventually broke down and picked up on of these. My new best friend. Compact, Fast, allows me to multi task without a whole lot of lag. Quick on and off. The only negative knowing how much juice you have left from a simple click. But overall a great tablet

Full Windows 10 OS in a Tablet form factor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided on this because it has all the flexibility of a windows 10 os but comes in a convenient tablet size. I am very impressed with how it performs adequately well for an Intel Pentium chip with 4 GB of RAM. I got the Microsoft mouse, keyboard and stylus along with Office 365 also.

Totally Compact for light travel
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Surface Go is for the writer/creator of the family when some quick documentation is needed during long trips to Comic Conventions. The Surface Go is small enough to fit on an airline tray table and has enough processing power for basic operations like outlining the next issue or novel while traveling. When off the plane it's compact enough to stuff in a pocket of either 50 pound suitcase full of comics. The only annoying feature so far is the use of USB-C instead of USB2 or USB3; we can't use traditional USB devices without another annoying dongle. The add-on keyboard easily snaps into place with no effort. Yes, the keys are small, but so is the tablet, which is the point of the Go. Get the Surface Pro if you have larger fingers or if you don't mind the extra weight.

Great for teen
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For this for our child’s birthday. Been very useful for schoolwork. Lightweight, versatile (laptop to tablet) and easy to use. Downside was the installation process of some programs I didn’t want to install aNd others I didn’t. That part was not user friendly.

Great machine for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great little laptop. Its fast enough for everyday tasks and performances well with movies and even some light gaming. My only issue is this thing does not have a fan, so depending on what you're doing it can get very hot and uncomfortable for your lap or hands and this seems to effect battery life.

Posted .Hi there,
We're glad the Surface Go has been a great fit for your day-to-day tasks! Thanks for sharing how you love to use this great machine. While the Surface Go does operate with a fan-less cooling system, your machine should not be getting overwhelmingly hot to the touch. It's possible you need to have some updates to resolve this issue. Try the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit for checking for updates, as well as any other simple fixes your device may need. Check out how to use this free tool on your Surface Go here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4037239/surface-fix-common-surface-problems-using-surface-diagnostic-toolkit.

Purchased as a Christmas gift
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my mom who is not very tech savy but wanted a new computer or laptop. Shipped out quick works great she loves it. Light easy to travel with. I have an HP Envy which is similar but the screen is bigger and much heavier.

Great for checking e-mail and web browsing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the size - it fits in my purse! Charges quickly. Like the keyboard and pen. Will probably get the mouse (no USB port so can only use Microsoft Go/Surface mouse). Need to get adapter so I can use a USB flash drive or research flash drives for micro-USB C port.

Perfectly Fits Our Needs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Surface Go is a great tablet. It perfectly fits our household needs. It works just as well as a laptop and you are using full Microsoft Office. The speed is fantastic and with the MicroSD slot, we have more than enough storage. I definitely recommend the Surface Go.

This is my fourth Surface
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the Surface tablets! I have one of the originals, an RT. I love the versitility of being able to remove the keyboard and I use the pen all the time. I have a Pro 3 and a Pro 4. I teach at the college level and it was getting difficult to stand and write on a chalkboard or whiteboard because of some physical limitations. I used Word initially with the pen and project my notes during class to the screen but it started to crash so I moved over to OneNote. I don’t have to deal with tons of files anymore either. I just delete the folder after the semester ends. I save a pdf and upload my notes into the LMS so student can use them to check thier class notes or review my notes if they miss a class. I bought the Go on vacation and will admit that it was an impulse purchase. At $399 how could I pass it up. I needed something to read e-books, my Kindle Fire just wasn’t cutting it anymore. The GO is light so you can toss it in a purse and literally GO. So, why only 4 stars, well, it comes with Windows in S mode, which means you can only download Microsoft approved programs. They say it reduced the probability of geting viruses, but it really only takes a quick web search to find out how to get it out of S mode. As with any device you access the internet with, use some kind of virus protection! Another drawback is that it doesn’t have a USB port so you are OK if you keep everything in the cloud and have a wifi enabled printer. Which I do. I just bought a converter so I can plug in a VGA cable or a USB thumb drive. It does have bluetooth so you can use a mouse. You also need to drop a pretty penny on a Surface pen , type cover, and a bluetooth mouse if you want to really use it to its full potential.

Perfect for a busy teen
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very fast speed. Integrates with phone (iPhone xr) perfectly. Lots of unexpected features like drawing on websites and new apps. I wish the keyboard was included. But the keybord is also super thin and fun.

Wonderful Tablet - Perfect for Classroom!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Detachable keyboard is great feature for note taking in class - quick to switch back and forth. Stylus to write on screen another great feature and the perfect size for comfortable mobility. Challenge was to adjust to operating system from a Mac operating system.

I love my surface go!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is awesome. Super lightweight, functional and portable. I opted to go for the lower priced version as I did not feel I would be using it for many things that required an extra 4gb of RAM and a larger SSD. So far, I am beyond happy with this purchase.
