I would appreciate it if they could have given me the ta exempt, when I had filled out all the paperwork and even had my printed confirmation that I had a tax exempt. It was disappointing for the second time for this not to go thru, each time I was told to come back in the next to weeks to get it back. Unfortunately, I don't live close and it's an extra trip each time I go.
