Also even with "fast boot" disabled, this tab boots quickly. This was also my first online computer purchase with the use of gift cards and all went well. I truly also appreciate the curbside pick up. Thank you, Best Buy.

I've had no trouble with this unit. The cloth keyboard cover is very good. If you were going to do much typing, you'd want a small fingers or a different keyboard. The unit was able to be upgraded to windows 11 with no issues.

I use a Surface as a secondary device for work and love it. She has no complaints and would recommend this product.
