Couldn't get it to bring up the keyboard in with touch, so ordered a key board. Found it takes a good tap not just a touch to bring the keyboard up. Now to figure out how to do a back up and have the Webroot installed. Geek Squad on phone said I would have to take to store to have the Webroot installed. Purpose of purchase on line was to avoid the store during this Covid 19 issue.
