Lightweight, compact, easy to set up. Will use mostly for travel. Can load books onto it but also use for email, etc. Very pleased. I got one with an "open box", so an even better deal!

Awesome tablet, super fast, everything I needed and more!! Great for mobile meetings, streaming to other devices. There isn't anything this tablet can't do. The processor on this tablet is wicked fast. My 5yr old gets a hold of it and starts downloading all kinds of games, no lagging. Microsoft out did themselves with this one, and its super affordable.

Bought this for my daughter (10 years old) because their school required them to have a device for both their remote learning and in class activities. This is a great solution as I was able to buy a case to protect it, its small and relatively affordable, and comes in Windows S mode which prevents a child from unintentionally downloading malware or viruses. Great purchase for this situation.

This is a great little computer. It can screen shot just like Ipads and such. Fast working. I would highly recommend. Love that it is touch screen as well. Battery life is great also.

Very easy to use and compact so for on the go use it's a must have. Needed something to take with me for travel that was lightweight and easily accessible. Just perfect.

Good for general browsing. Not robust enough to truly work from, but great home computer. Battery life is decent considering the size & weight of the surface.

When I was looking for a computer I was looking for something that was not very expensive and that fit for what I needed. Microsoft suite works just as good on this smaller computer. I like to use it with my detachable keyboard. The S mode allows the surface to operate faster. However it’s optional. Once I opted out of S mode I could not opt back in. But by opting out I can download apps that are not in the Microsoft store but it trades off with performance. It’s just a tad bit slower but it doesn’t bother me.

Very practical for travel, Very good internet speed and generaly speed for laptop. Handy, small and light.

This is the perfect computer for someone who's on the go and just needs a computer for basic use like running Microsoft Office and checking emails. I got this as a gift for my partner and he likes the size and weight of it (He's always on the go). What's great is that I got him the dongle to connect to the external monitor we have in our office. So far, so good. We do wish it came with the pen like the other surface device, but we get it.

I am finding more uses almost daily. What started as a reader is now a tool for my photography. I'm using this more for the initial sorting process. Where I tag and delete photos that are not going to be keepers. Out of focus, flash didn't fire, etc. There is so much more that this can do I will be using it to assist with the start of pushing my photography to the next level business wise.

Great product, ease of use. Get yourself a large SD card as it doesn't have much internal memory.

I know that this is a good product the little bit of help I did have in choosing it only answered very few questions for me and it does seem to be very difficult to get help with using it for the first time help from Microsoft it's just it's like you have to chase everything down and you have to remember a lot of passwords so I like the product but it does seem to be difficultbut the most difficult part of the purchase was how I received it when I arrive for your curbside service I'm very disappointed in Best buy I don't think the way I was treated was very nice very unprofessional and I will most likely not shop there again I chose to buy at Best buy because I feel like every time in the past that I've been there they seem to have a knowledgeable staff this time the only thing that staff could tell me was to see the sign and the number on it and that I should call that and it wasn't just the first time it was the second time when I picked up the pen that for the computer they both said the same thing to me word for word and I felt like it was what they were told to say maybe it was the way they said it or the words they chose I just and very disappointed and I was going to return the item but I just decided to go ahead and keep it and figure it out on my own again and very disappointed in Best buy and I would not recommend anybody shop at Best buy with your curbside service
