Device failed after ine year, not fixable! Warrentky ended. Waste on money!

I returned the Surface Go 2. as I did not think it was worth the money. I wanted a tablet and figured if I spent a little extra I would get a lot more. But was disappointed.

This is not a great laptop. It does have nice features and very good quality but they put a crappy processor in it. I returned it and bought the surface pro instead

It’s okay for the price, but it cracked so fast! My boyfriend was holding onto it with his hand a little too hard and it cracked.

Extremely difficult to figure out how to get apps and overall not very user friendly. In addition everything cost extra.

The screen is responsive, but the bloatware and the processing power kills this product. If you never open any programs, this is a good choice, but if you ever want to use this product, save your money and use something else. I wanted to like this, but I had to go through hoops to download Google Chrome. Microsoft is trying really hard to push Microsoft Edge as a premium product, but it's not.

Pretty god tablet mine has broken twice now so it could be more durable but ohh well

Is good to have a small computer on the go, but sometimes it goes slow and freeze

Great price for all the features, but pretty slow. Also, the face sign-on feature is not great. Facial recognition is pretty poor.

1. Open-Box Satisfactory says "nonessential parts or accessories may be missing" but how is a charger that comes with the device considered "nonessential"? How is this different from "vital accessories may be missing"? 2. With absolutely no manual provided, been difficult trying to find out the intentions behind the settings and how to use this.

The keyboard price is ridiculous. Not suitable for my mobile needs, but I'm sure it is fine other other people.

It is slow and not as responsive as I had hoped. I hope the Go 3 will solve this issue.

Purchased this unit November 2021. It was working pretty well to the point that it upgraded to Windows 11 and the last update 22H2. Suddenly it started to get slow to start up and Microsoft Edge is giving all kind of trouble opening itself as well as other sites.

Windows is going dowhnhill. The surface2 only allows "microsoft approved" apps, which dont include 90% of apps I use. I dont know if this is becuse these apps are insecure or that Microsoft is to darn lazy to evaluate them. I had to get a SECOND tablet to run 90% of the apps I use. For the amount I paid for the Surface 2, this is REDICULOUS!

I am extremely upset that my downloaded Microsoft did not come until two weeks later after I purchased a one year subscription. I have tried contacting to get reimbursement . I also had to wait weeks to get surface after buying. I could of rode to Wilmington and had the same day..

I think the computer i got is defective certain parts of the screen don't work right

I would buy 1 with a keyboard. I like the stand. It is fine as a tablet but not as a laptop.

tried to exchange and pay the difference for the upgraded surface go after my wife was discharged from the hospital after a two week stay but customer service stated I was 2 days outside of my exchange or return. During these times the return policy should be amended.

Personally i recently broke my phone so i figured i could use my surface touch as a wifi phone and microsoft wouldn't allow me to. Then i had my sim chip with service but the surface doesn't take dim cards or micro sd cards, then i got another phone but needed the info off my broken phone and the surface has no usb import.
