Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Surface Go 2's ease of use, size, and weight, frequently praising its portability and convenient form factor. Many appreciate the device's performance and battery life, though some express concerns regarding the limited RAM and storage capacity. Positive feedback also highlights the screen quality and value for the price. However, the need for an additional keyboard accessory is a recurring point of feedback.

If you are just into browsing and very lite office work then it it not a bad unit. However, it is slow, and many times drops internet or sends you to another tab. This is really a basic tablet meant for beginners or just lite school work. Had to return as I just could not get used to it.

Bought it for the cool form factor, but doesn't scale for my need (some notes that I had captured while using it) small keyboard, I even felt my shoulders constrained/pulled together when using the keyboard. keyboard doesn't have ctrl on right side (I use it extensively) pressing the esc button touches the screen, happened too many times. And the touch open the windows icon/menu amazon video streaming lagged slow in loading websites. Can work for kids, if they are becoming laptop users, but even then the school issued chromebook fares better than this... and price wise too

    No Google Crome

If you want to have google chrome for your primary search engine/home page, do NOT get this computer. I prefer Google Crome because all my files are set up to access remotely. I spent over 3 hours trying to adjust my home page to Google Chrome... it was next to impossible. Out of frustration I returned it to BestBuy and was told that the computer is programmed to make it almost “impossible” to adjust the home page to Google Chrome. I do have to say that my previous computer was this same model and I loved it. It was just under 2 yrs old and I cracked the screen. The Google Chrome on my previous model was not ‘seamless’ to Set up, but it was doable. So the adjustment to prohibit the easy use of Google must have take place in the last 2 model years. Too bad because I loved this little computer!

    Not Enough Value

For a computer that cost $400 it shouldn't be running a low end CPU it should at least come with a i3 intel chip which is the lowest flagship processor. Also why is the keyboard $130 LOL...not even a full sized gaming keyboard is $130....and the Pen? $100? For what you're getting the value isn't there, the keyboard base doesn't even allow the Surface to stand up on it's own, it just has a flap in the back. Also it's awkward trying to use on your lap because of the fact that it doesn't stand up on it's own. Also, a Pentium? LOL The last time I bought a Pentium was in the 90's. So Yes I'm definitely returning this and I'll buy a similar 2-in-1 WITH the Keyboard, WITH the Pen from another Brand for half the price.

Bought as an original for my fathers birthday. Found it was a tad difficult to use and had to restart the surface go 2 in order to get it to work again. It is probably user error but went ahead and bought the galaxy which my father loves!

This has got to be the absolute worst purchase I have ever made. Wouldn't be so long if Microsoft actually took the time to help you but you wind up calling 5,000 times and they NEVER write service notes. within two weeks this computer was worthless because the updates destroy all firmware

If you want a new tablet with an outdated processor, this is the tablet for you. The one they stuck in here literally came out 5 years ago. 5 years may not seem like a long time when you talk about certain things, technology isn’t one of those things. If this doesn’t bother you, I say go for it. It’s a nice looking tablet. I had mine one day then I bought what I shoulda bought from the start, iPad Pro.

Beware, unlike apple products, these devices are essentially unrepairable. Microsoft will swap your device for a refurb…. For $250, almost the cost of a brand new device. Had this tablet for 10 days.. screen cracked due to small piece of debris that was caught in the keyboard case. Totally ridiculous, only real option is to buy a new one, do not purchase without accidental damage protection
