Device Gets Hot When Multi-Tasking

After opening a couple of tabs on the web browser and trying to stream a movie the device became alarmingly hot. When I returned the Surface the Best Buy rep said that there is no real space for air to circulate so it can't cool down. Plus the memory was too small to handle multiple tasks. The rep told us to search for devices from Microsoft that have a little bit of a gap when looking at the edges, those have a better chance at staying cooler. Since it couldn't handle streaming and browsing, we didn't even get to working on email, we returned this and got the current iPad instead. Smh.
