He said that base on the policy they can't help me, very dissappinted, after been there customer for many years.

Complete dud

Glitches out, keyboard never works on screen, to big of a pain already to justify keeping. Exchanged for an iPad and couldn’t be happier. Hopefully I just got a dud and they’re not all bad.
