He uses a Surface Pro at work and wanted a similar flexibility for home use. He loves it. Works great. He wanted the basic model and it’s not very powerful but does what he needs and he’s happy with it.

You must to purchase hundreds of dollars in peripherals to operate this tablet properly but I can't bring myself to because I'm upgrading to an regular laptop as soon as I can. Many things you cannot click with your finger, required to used $50+ pen. Absolutely not for someone looking for a device on a budget. Waste of money, borderline unusable.
