A nifty device with all of the buttons like a computer and also functions well as a tablet..the removeable keyboard is nifty and very serviceable.

I love it, very convenient and good for school via Zoom, I never had any issues for about two years and still working in good condition.

I wanted to let this thing get through its numerous updates before deciding to return it, but it can't even get through the updates. Now its past the return window and I'm kicking myself for not giving up on it sooner. I assumed it would fix itself once I get the updates installed, but I was too patient and now if I want anything done, Best Buy says they have to send it to the manufacturer who may or may not find an issue. Can't handle a single internet window, can't open the settings window, can't complete the August Windows Update that it tells me to install. Don't waste your money unless you want to waste your time with updates, getting the runaround from Best Buy support, and dealing with the unknowns of the manufacturer. If you want another thing collecting dust in your home, this is the item for you!

I never got to really use it due to the fact that it kept going out like turning on and off by itself and when I went to try to get it back or would not offend it back they would not let me trade it out or is change so I am just up with something that I thought was going to be good for me to go ahead and start with my schooling but it's just another technology that messes up

A bit on the slow side, but a perfect solution for simple surfing, email and routine tasks. Replaced a Dell of the same size. Handy stand.

Honestly, I haven't used it yet. Unfortunately some higher priority things have come up. It still looks like an excellent product that I want to integrate into my workflow soon! The BestBuy sales and technical teams were knowledgable and closely listened to the customer (me!).

Slow, froze up many times and just not what I was expecting from the surface lineup.

Setup was easy. This synced with my phone effortlessly and I was up and running quickly using the software to update projects I was working with on my phone. Great size, has all I need and more. The store had zero accessories to add to my purchase, disappointed no protection, (case/cover, screen protector), no pen, add on keyboard. I would have liked this device to be supported in that way.

Good unit. No problems so far. Needed a Microsoft product for compatibility with my kids school work and computer.

Nice tablet. Decided to go this route instead of another android tablet. Still trying to figure out Windows 11.
