I'm really happy with this purchase and with Geek Squad setup. I use this for my business and have been putting off upgrading my laptop due to the hassle involved, but the purchase and setup were relatively easy, and this computer is much smaller, lighter, and faster than my old Samsung.

I work from home and travel some as well. This laptop is just perfect. It is so light I can hold my baby in one arm and carry it easily with the other. Super fast and easy for working. Battery life is incredibly awesome! About 15 times what my last laptop could do. WOW!

This laptop is comfortable due to its soft keyboard, has a long battery life, and is far lighter than other laptops. On the down side, it has no CD/ DVD drive, and only one USB port. I also miss the numerical keyboard. Of course, all those things would make the laptop heavier, thicker, and use more battery life. It's a trade-off.

Dont have much room for storing this device, so the size is perfect. Love the fact that it is a touch screen. It has the availability to use as windows 7 even though it is windows 10. Very easy to use. Dont even miss the cd drive. Has a product similar to sirius that is a nice bonus, if you have questions, very east to use.

I love having the option of keyboard or touch screen. It makes using my computer so easy! Another bonus is the free Microsoft classes. This is a much needed benefit for me!

Computer is very fast, due to the SSD and the integration of Microsoft products. Also, it's very light. I'm very satisfied. The Microsoft Store was very helpful in migrating the OS from Windows 10 S to Windows Pro for no cost.

I absolutely LOVE this laptop. Lightweight, user friendly and FAST. My best purchase in a very long time. Previously have had Dell and HP laptops and this blows them away!

This is the perfect size laptop, easy to use and fast speed.

I bought this computer for school and so far it has not disappointed me. It is lightweight, has a great feel to it, the screen resolution is beautiful, and it runs well. I was concerned about the small storage space, but most of my files are saved in Dropbox or google drives so it wasn't a problem. I thankfully was able to download the student edition of Microsoft 10 because the software that comes on the computer is pretty stinky.

Love this laptop! We wanted something lightweight, user-friendly, and fast. We got all that plus style. The cool keyboard is a bonus.

The speed is very good. But I am frustrated by cursor moving and things happening seemingly on their own. I start typing and suddenly a window opens and the last characters I was typing are not there. The cursor or something seems to move or change on its own.

Very lightweight. GREAT battery life. The cloth covering on the keyboard makes for a soft surface to type on.

This is a great purchase. Easy to use, lightweight and very fast. A great investment so far!

Bought this as a replacement for a older version surface. Easy setup. Runs much faster than the older model. Larger than the older surface but still fits in travel carryon easily.

The Surface laptop is so light and easy to use, and the battery lasts for SO long!

It’s great. Have a Lenovo yoga and it’s flawed. This is easy fast bright big slim.

The Surface PC we purchased works extremely well, and delivers all of the "promised" features. We had a Lenovo before this, and this is far superior.
