It didn't come with 10 pro but I was able to download, I believe it comes with this feature if you are able to do it within a few days time of buying it.

Face recognition works very convenient and working very well. A little bit expensive, but better than Apple notebook (I have 13inch one)

It's great for casual use. I like to write and blog, so this is perfect. Also great for school, writing papers or just surfing the web. Not great for gaming or media heavy activity. This laptop was perfect for me. IT was unfortunate however that there wasn't another color! I was forced to stay with the generic gray/silver color. An alternative color provided twice as much internal upgrades than I needed, and costed at least $400 more. Didn't need all that power anyways >_>. It's overall a great laptop. It's a bit small but I got used to it. Mind you, I'm coming from a 15" Toshiba Satellite. Definitely a big change! Laptop fits great in my satchel.
