However, the package deal was to include Webroot antivirus and I also have been paying for Trend Micro antivirus and neither product will run on these computers or on the Surface Pro tablet I purchased as they are not compatible. I'm pretty sure they knew this when they advertised the package for sale or they just don't research to make sure the software is compatible. Either way I did not get what I purchased.

After buying the surface 7 I did end up returning it. I was running into a lot of issues with the software lagging out and not responding. I had heard other people were not enjoying the Snap dragon processor also.

The photo shows OLED display yet nowhere anywhere does it say Microsoft has included an OLED display panel. I have only found IPS panel. This is not cool and bestbuy doesn’t even say anything. No more than 6 hours of battery life, despite the 20 plus hours Samsung claimed, lots of incompatibilities... Another fiasco. I do not like Mac at all, but honestly PCs manufactures suck, all of them.
