This laptop has everything I need to get work done at home. I can easily manage multiple apps needing processing power. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect computer- no issues. I had a surface pro 4 from almost 10 years ago. I’m in college now and want something that lasts forever. I’m happy I invested in this because I have two surface pros now since the other one is still working fine!

So far so good! Was a little worried about compatible issues, but so far no issues. Battery life is so good it's insane!

I have only been using this laptop for about 4–5 months, and I have already encountered several issues. The screen has gone blank on me a couple of times, and there was even a week when the charger did not work. Little problems keep happening with the laptop, which makes me feel crazy because everything seems to go back to normal after some time. This afternoon, a new issue started with my trackpad. It took me 20 minutes to navigate the website just to contact support. After two attempts, I finally reached a representative, only for him to hang up on me after I explained my issues. I regret this purchase and wish I had stuck with HP.
