I purchased a Microsoft - Surface Laptop - Copilot+ PC - 13.8" Touch-Screen - Snapdragon X Plus 10 Core - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD (7th Edition) - Sapphire last month. I had a previous model from 5 years ago with half the memory and disk space capacity. The battery life in this new model lasts 3-4 hours. it's slightly heavier than the surface laptop from 5 years ago and that's the reason for the 4 stars vs 5. However, i did know that before I purchased. Best Buy had a good sale at the time of purchase and that fit within my budget. The screen resolution is sharp and laptop meets my daily needs.

The computer it self is beautiful. It’s touch screen and very light weight . I got the rose gold. The only issue I have is the back if I open it against my body it pinches my skin . It hurts very bad when my skin gets caught in the back while opening it .

While the computer itself is favorable, there is a known problem with the charging function and Microsoft has yet to correct it. After having this for 4 1/2 months it would no longer charge. We have a second Surface in the family and tried the other charging cable - still it would not charge. Through Microsoft's website we reported the (known) issue and started a work order, sending the (new)computer back to Microsoft to fix the charging issue.
We received it back shortly after but they did NOT fix it - they simply included a nasty note saying that they found (damage) not covered by the Manufacturer warranty. We (my wife and I) work office jobs and our computers stay on our desks ; there has been no "Damage" - but now we have 5 month old computer (with 7 months remaining on the Best Buy 12-months interest free plan" that cannot function!
Beware - what good is a laptop if it cannot charge. Lok for yourself on the Microsoft service threads and Google - it is a very known problem (on their part) and they refuse to do anything about it
