Great performance and a premium feel. Hands down the nicest Windows laptop I’ve ever used.

The Microsoft Surface Laptop works well, is easily transported, and is a good value for the price.

Light and portable, contains all the power you need to run for about 12 hours. This is based on using it for my business, which consist on reserch, and responding to emails timely.

This is my 3rd Surface computer and I LOVE them. My first two were the tablet version, and I use it for home and work. I run 3 businesses off of it and love the versatility as well as the size and weight which allow me to "travel light". This time I purchased the model with the attached keyboard, as the keyboard is the part that tends to have to be replaced on the tablet. It was simple to upload my info through my MS account. Funny, you don't realize how slow your computer is...until you get a new one!

The Surface laptop has an ARM processor and no fans and it honestly blows me away. Price and performance is similar to that of Apple Silicon, but with the added functionality of Windows and even some other features like Windows Subsystem for Linux, fully supported on ARM. I'm very happy with the thought put into this device.

I will be returning this laptop soon. Sometimes the screen from one page freezes and remains partly visible even after I have moved on to another page. The F2-F4 keys do not work to adjust the volume unless I do a restart, then they work again but only temporary. It also seems to be delicate. I was sitting on a low to ground sofa when this laptop slowly slipped off my laptop and tapped the floor slightly because I caught it before full impact. Since then, the laptop does not close completely and I can hear cracking in the hinge every time I open it. The battery life is pretty incredible as of right now since this is a new laptop but that battery life will lesson in time.

I switched over from my 2017 MacBook Pro for school and it was the best decision ever made. Notes for students that exemplify doesn’t work yet and you need your back up computer. I use copilot for any and everything. There are so many amazing productive and functional features

This was the first laptop we bought with new chips for the boss. She loves it, great battery life for her and its snappier and more responsive than her original one. She doesn't want anything else. And she loves the color!

This laptop is just perfect for business travellers, light and great battery life.

Overall, a great computer. We have had no issues with compatibility. Easily connected to our Brother printer. Battery life is insane. Only slight issue is that it tends to be a little sluggish on certain tasks. Not sure if the 32MB RAM would have made a difference. But have a 4 year laptop, also with 16MB of RAM that does the same tasks without issue

Very lightweight laptop that is also durable. It turns on quickly and operates well. I haven’t had a chance to use all the new features, but I’m happy with my purchase. I have an older Microsoft Surface Pro laptop and it still runs. I only upgradedd due to needing more RAM/harddrive space.

It's a very nice laptop, better than mac. I'm running all my college, business and personal stuff on here and it's great.

Works beautifully right out of the box. Runs smooth. The one app I've seen it struggle with is bambustudio. Other than that runs great for Internet and circuit maker.
