The Microsoft Surface is one of the most beautiful laptops I’ve ever used. The screen is absolutely gorgeous, the keyboard and trackpad feel excellent, and Windows Hello makes logging in effortless. Battery life is outstanding — easily one of the best parts of this device. For browsing, streaming, and light productivity, it feels fast and premium. However, none of that can outrun the hardware limitations of the Snapdragon ARM processor. I quickly ran into software incompatibilities with apps and casual games I rely on. Some programs wouldn’t install at all, others ran inconsistently, and it made me constantly wonder what else might not work in the future. I truly wanted this to be my daily laptop. The hardware design is nearly perfect. But until Windows on ARM reaches better compatibility, the processor ultimately forced me to return it. This could be an amazing machine someday — it’s just not there yet.

For me Surface is the best! I’ve had 4 of them and wouldn’t think of using anything else!

Great little computer. The only issue is face recognition. It has issues if the conditions aren't perfect. This never happened on my old computer. Other than that it is worth the money. Still not enough ports. tired of having to buy additional hardware for connection to monitor.
