I bought it 2 months ago, and it works pretty well. Battery could be better and that's something that I did not have high expectations about before I purchased it. display is very nice, and the design is very similar to the one from MacBook—minimalistic with solid foundation. Touchscreen is very responsive.

I have only been using this laptop for about 4–5 months, and I have already encountered several issues. The screen has gone blank on me a couple of times, and there was even a week when the charger did not work. Little problems keep happening with the laptop, which makes me feel crazy because everything seems to go back to normal after some time. This afternoon, a new issue started with my trackpad. It took me 20 minutes to navigate the website just to contact support. After two attempts, I finally reached a representative, only for him to hang up on me after I explained my issues. I regret this purchase and wish I had stuck with HP.

Great travel size computer for my business. A smaller version of my office computer. Has all the same features. Love it!

Glad we went back about a month after our purchase and realized it was on sale ($300 off!). That was a win. It does what I need it to do. I do wish it had the detachable screen feature like my old one so I could use it as a tablet, and I miss that the pen used to be included instead of having to buy it separately. Nothing super fancy, but it’s cute and gets the job done.

I like the screen size, lightweight, ease of transporting. I don’t like the feel of the keyboard. When typing double letters or numbers, there is a hesitation before the second number or letter will record.
