Amazing speed. Great display! long lasting battery too!

Loving the laptop. I can definitely see and feel the difference on speed and clarity compared to my other laptop. Able to connect Wi-Fi in areas I was unable to connect to with my other laptop. Very happy with the investment.

Have it for a year now, Works great! long lasting charge, beautiful display. No issues in operation so far, i am an accounting major and it perfectly aligns with all my needs.

It's been 3+ months, love my new surface laptop, classy, zippy, light-weight and efficient. Highly reccommend. Suggestion - fingerprint scanner addition will be cherry on top to make this laptop more versatile.

Laptop is cute, portable, and works great. I Love it!

It's not a bad little laptop. Only one USB-A port is a small problem (it has 2 USB-C ports, but I haven't seen a USB-C hub in the stores), and no HDMI port is a larger one. The biggest bug for me is that it won't let me load a piece of freeware that I have used for years, because it doesn't trust it -- it wants me to use something from the store that will cost money. Because it is small, it is very portable, but a small screen can be a problem for an old guy like me.

This is what a windows laptop should have been like all along. Has all the features you would expect from a device made in 2024 - minimum 16GB of RAM, 120hz refresh, and long battery life. I came from an XPS15, and its very refreshing to have something that rarely heats up while also being thin and light. The dune color is just stunning too

Honestly, it works amazingly. I do like how it's touchscreen AND has face recognition. It runs smoothly. I use this computer for college, and it's so good.

My daughter loved this laptop, not heavy and super fast and practical to be taking averywhere, she is 17 so she needed something good and stylish

This laptop has truly been a gamechanger for me. I purchased the laptop for my business, and it is perfect to take on-the-go, or simply sit in my living room to complete tasks. It has wonderful aesthetics, while also being familiar to me due to being Microsoft. The battery life is amazing, as well as the speed. I am so pleased with this purchase and will only buy Surface laptops in the future.

I generally don't like working on laptops and just keep one for when I need to work on the road or off-site. This beauty has some features that have made me choose to work on it from time to time because I like it so much! Two huge features -- the 20 hour battery is no joke. If I start the day with a full battery, I can do anything and not even think about needing to plug in. I am so sure of this that I don't even take the cord with me anymore when I'm working off site for a whole day. Full disclosure - I am not a gamer or a graphic designer or a video editor, so can't speak to how long the battery would last for those special folks. Second great feature, and the one that actually makes me happy to use the laptop is the touchpad. I have NEVER used a laptop with such a natural, smooth, and responsive touchpad. Maneuvering is effortless and accurate. Bravo Microsoft Surface 7!!

I love love love this computer and the color and the functionality. I had a pro before, which was a little better but this laptop is amazing. My only downside is that keyboard does not light so it can be harder to see during the darker time.

My wife is extremely pleased with her new laptop. Out is likely the fastest computer we own. It really is a nice system. It is responsive. It is quiet. It runs cool. And I really enjoy that it is running ARM. Microsoft did a really good job with this laptop.

Best computer I ever purchased Very good performance battery life and speed compared to my purse thank you thank you so much. I highly recommended to other people. I like it better over the Mac and the customer service was superior. We are opening a new company. I will have this computer.

Absolutely love this Surface Laptop. The Sapphire color is gorgeous, it’s fast, lightweight, and the 16GB RAM makes everything smooth. Zero complaints—great purchase! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loving it. I use it for school and work. Both very microsoft heavy running multiple windows and no problems at all. I love how light and portable it is too. I thought the few ports would be an issue but honestly love that it comes with two usb and usb-c ports i feel it’s more than enough for the average person.
