I purchased this 3 months ago. This is just another example of Microsoft's quality work. It's fast, the screen is sharp and clear, and it is driving all my software without hesitation, including complex video editing.

Great computer, build quality is amazing and the speed is faster than anything I have experienced yet on a laptop.

I enjoyed this computer while I had it. It seemed like it ran really fast and with a good quality.

I like the laptop very much - lightweight and sturdy so good for travel. Also, very easy to set up and utilize. The watch out is more on customer service for Best Buy - I bought this and they didn't have it in the store so it was mailed to me. Turns out it was sold by "Best Buy Marketplace". I had no idea. So when I went to price match (paid the extra $40 to be able to price match for 60 days) and saw it was sold cheaper on Best Buy marketplace the next week, they wouldn't match the lower price. I also worry about Best Buy honoring the warranty since it was sold by Best Buy Marketplace. So ask the question - is this sold by Best Buy or Best Buy Marketplace. Seems like they should be more transparent.

I needed an excellent laptop where the battery would last, was touchscreen, and had great performance for my work requirements. Found it in this new Laptop Surface 7th Edition. Wasn't too sure about the whole Snapdragon X Elite ARM processor, but I will be the first to say it's pretty awesome. This also has plenty of storage with the 512GB SSD and enough RAM with 16GB. I was initially thinking I should have gotten more of each, but now that I've been using it for a bit over a month, it's perfect. Great job Microsoft.

A sleek looking laptop with great performance. I love that it's fast and works efficiently when you have multiple pages open.

Had it for about a year now and it works amazing, charged very fast, the battery lasted a long time. Got it for college but I was able to do some gaming with no issues. The big screen made watching movies and shows amazing.

So far, it's been a decent computer. I like very much that it is light and doesn't heat up, which is likely a good sign of its efficiency. The battery life appears to be very good although I don't have another laptop to compare it to. A charge will last 5-6 days of using the computer 1hr per day. I did have one dissappointment - it will not run NORD VPN. I'm already subscribed to NORD VPN on my old computer and I wanted to continue with this new laptop. The install program displays a message that it is not an x86 CPU. Perhaps there will be future support for Snapdragon CPUs but not as of today. Surfshark is supposed to work on this platform but I haven't tried it yet. I'm holding out a bit longer to see if NORD's next release will add Snapdragon support.

So far, this is an amazing laptop. I was going to stay with a Lenovo (Yoga) that I have loved and treated me very well for about 8 years, but saw this and started reading reviews and went for it. Have not gotten into all the bells and whistles yet, but so far it's speedy, the screen/image quality and sound are perfect, etc.

One of the best laptops I have had. Great screen. Battery life is awesome. Works seamlessly when switching between apps such as zoom and teams when you are working from home. I had a very powerful laptop before but always had to keep it on charge and someone could not switch between teams and zoom for camera use

Great computer. Good battery life and a pleasure to use. Had a mac previously, happy to have bought the microsoft laptop. Highly recommend.

Have been using it for making flyers, typing papers and mostly school work, its been a great laptop very quick, screen is the perfect size, had it for a month, no glitches or lag with anything, it looks great and runs better

Overall it is a great computer! Long lasting battery. If you are looking for a computer that is nice looking, great display, loud speakers, great camera and somewhat really good speed this is it! I use it only for work and it is capable of running different task at the same time, but I guess I was expecting a little bit more speed for processing.

I'm really enjoying this Copilot-powered Surface laptop. It's much faster than the Microsoft laptop I bought three and a half years ago. While I haven't used the AI features of Copilot extensively, I appreciate the speed, battery life, and overall superior performance of this laptop. In my opinion, it was a very good purchase for my current needs.
