It starts up right away which is a big plus for me. The facial recognition works really well and adds to the speed of use. The battery lasts all day which is very important. And the fact that the laptop is so light is another reason why I love this laptop. This laptop is expensive, but I did buy it on sale for $300 off from BestBuy, so it made it affordable to purchase. I would highly recommend this laptop. I really love it and hopefully will last a long time.

Quick system but fabric irritated palms.

I like the features and speed of the machine, but the Alcantera fabric was too rough and irritated my palms, so I returned it after 2 weeks.

Good laptop for my family

We did have an issue with the charger but Microsoft customer service was great and replaced the charger and all is well now.
