However, the fabric material on the keyboard shows marks easily. I think I would have chosen a different surface material if I had known how easily the keyboard material shows marks.

I have had to Geek Squad remote in once and in-store twice. I get the dreaded blue screen, which happened 5 times in one day. After it tries to fix the problems I have to hard power off to even get it to work. I get told there is nothing they can do until it happens again. So I have an expensive laptop that I can not trust to do my college work on because I never know when it will glitch.
