I purchased this because I had heard great things about them. I bought it in June of 2019 and by December the charger stopped working. What is even more frustrating is I have taken it into Best Buy three times to have it worked on as I keep getting the blue screen that has it shut down and restart over and over again. It still is not working completely correct. I will be in the middle of homework and it just will have the blue screen pop up and it takes me almost 30 minutes to get it running again. After three times of having it worked on, it is still malfunctioning. Very frustrating! Wish I had gone with a different computer as this was going to be passed to my 11 year old for middle school when I was done with my MBA. Now I don't see that happening. Complete waste of my hard earned money.
