The cobalt blue is beautiful. Great laptop for anyone looking for solidly built machine. Screen brightness and resolution is awesome. Very good battery life as well. Two downsides there's only one USB port and no microSD expansion slot.

I hate shopping for technology. After months of researching top brands including Apple, I decided to go with the Surface Laptop and couldn’t be happier. Portability, speed, and function are second to none.

Small size and how thin it was combined with all the features I wanted makes this the best laptop to take with me on trips. Love the lighted keyboard. Wish that it had one more full size USB port but other than that it is perfect.

I had been using a Chromebook for a while and it really wasn't getting the job done. Best Buy had this on sale for $200 off and my wife already had a Surface Book (which she loves) which I've also used when my Chromebook kicked it and it works great. I can say the same for this laptop. The matte black finish is gorgeous, the Alcantara cloth finish on the inside around the keyboard makes your writs feel wonderful when typing on the excellent keyboard, and the keyboard itself is amazing to type on. I don't really sue the touchscreen much if at all since it's a laptop and not a tablet but when I have, it responds immediately and works great. I have had no issues running any Microsoft Office programs on here, watching Netflix and other online video streaming, or playing some light games like Minecraft.

After comparing the Surface Book, Surface Laptop, and XPS 13, I finally settled on this machine. It's a great little device. The Windows Hello camera is quick, the keyboard is great, the trackpad is nice, the screen is excellent, and the performance is quiet good. I expect the Alcantara will probably show wear eventually, and that's brings us to the one fault: this machine is designed to be used up and thrown away. There's no real way to replace the battery or keyboard. I'm hoping to get 5+ years of happy use out of it like my last Surface, but it makes me sad to see a machine that cannot be serviced and then live a second life.

No complaints about this slim laptop. In love with keyboard and mouse pad. Materials are top notch on this laptop, you feel the quality as soon you touch/ open the laptop. Good job Microsoft! Cons: needs Type c outlet/charger

I bought this computer for my daughter because she needed a Windows Operating system unit. She uses it for school and loves its elegant styling and light weight. It is also fast and does not fail when operating.

i have the surface laptop 2 and the surface pro 6 -- and both are amazing-- the surface laptop is just and incredibly fast and beautiful laptop. i then to use the laptop on long road trips- if i wanna place it on my lap ---

Surface laptops work perfectly with Microsoft apps and are easy to use. A great mobile laptop to take on the road! I like them so well I have 2 of them! The only downside is the lack of multiple USB ports.

I purchased this laptop after researching many others. I bought it primarily to use for online classes. It has been easy to use. Battery life is very good. The keyboard is comfortable to type and is very responsive

I just got this laptop a month ago and its just wonderful! I had an old laptop for a couple of years, so I really love how fast the start up and shut down is on this laptop. Just the other day I was working on something important and i wasnt paying attention to the battery and it shut down. I was devastated, BUT I turned it back on and it was all thereT - T so yeah I’m in love! The batter life is long but not as long as it said it was. Its not that big of a deal though.

This laptop is exactly what I wanted. Lightweight and easy to carry with me as I use it everyday wherever I am. It’s fast and powerful processor allows me to do what I need to do to run my business from anywhere.

I really enjoy the material of the keyboard. As well as the touchpad effect of the screen if I don’t feel like typing. The speed is wonderful and the camera honestly is better quality than mine phone.

Laptop has a great keyboard and screen with a 3:2 aspect ratio. My only complaint is the lack of io. It only has a usb 3.0 port, micro hdmi, 3.5 mm, and a surface connector for charging. No thunderbolt 3.

I am in love with this computer. It's so light and the color is super awesome. I love the material on top of the keyboard and I really enjoy the overall interface. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

the size of it is great and portable, pretty thin like Apple Macbook. sometimes get slow but when i turn it off an on again gets better, its good for study or students but its little pricey but this one have a great resolution and good sound system. recommended :)

Great lap top light and fast. Easy to carry to do homework and work in general. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be a great essential worker. I would buy it again for sure

Amazingly light. Really nice screen with a great keyboard and battery life. Windows hello is very convenient. There can be a bit of fan noise but it keeps the laptop cool. Highly recommended.
