Generally is great so far. Boot up is extremely fast, which is awesome. Transfer of files from external hard drive to OneDrive is a bit slow. Also, streaming doesn’t sync up properly with my Bose wireless headphones (only plays out of one ear). Screen looks great and it’s light, portable.

Had bought this computer during the black Friday sale, the specs were great for the price I paid, works fine with no problem, login is so easy and quick with the face recognition software, bought the black color and whoever saw it with me always liked the looks part of it, as mentioned so many times in many reviews, it should have come with the thunderbolt port, but I don't have much use for it so I don't miss it. Battery life is good, I get good 10 hours on one charge with screen brightness set to 75%, where I do casual browsing, some work related and watch movies, it charges almost in 2-3 hours, the charger is well made and light, The typing is fine with the keyboard, but the touch pad is not as good compared to the Apple touch pad with regards to multi finger gestures, it does the job, but, there is room for improvement. I own the Apple mac air 2018, when compare between the surface laptop and the 2018 mac air, the surface has better battery life and the sound quality is excellent.

Started with a surface pro 4 in 2015. I needed a new computer of some type for a new job. This is fantastic. I love the Pro laptop. So lightweight and easy to use. Buy this! Color is great too.

I have loved the surface line of products since the surface pro 2. The Surface Laptop 2 brings it to another level. Very fast and light weight. It works for casual or business environments.

This replaces a thick laptop and it's so easy to use. It is not a behemoth. Ports are limited but USB and wireless is pretty much all I need when traveling. Great screen too.

So far the computer has been great! It’s very fast and very sleek and accomplished everything I need and want. I can be running multiple programs at once with little to no lag.

So switching from a Macbook to this computer was easier then i thought. I loved the keyboard, the fabric base and the screen was amazing! Also, facial recognition unlock? Get with the times apple! But...after going through updates somehow the model I was given was defective. Turns out there was corruption in the update that wrecked the computer. It’s a shame because I with a passion loved this computer and I hate that I had to go to Dell instead. Only criticism i could give was with the IO. Microsoft for some reason still uses USB type A which is fine. But a mini display port? I don’t even know if they make cables like that anymore. If i was more patient, i would have picked up another one of these in a heartbeat!

Former MacBook Pro guy. Love this computer. Processor is fast, the form factor is sleek and love the touch screen functionality afforded by Windows 10. Love the face recognition for sign in.

Not only is the laptop touch screen, but it’s lightweight and easy to use. If you have an Android, you can connect your text messages to it also. Great for being on the go.

Purchased this laptop for my son as a college solution. The weight is excellent and he is very happy with it. It seems to be the right mix of weight, computing power, and battery life.

This is a super convenient laptop that works extremely well. Light weight, fast, has all features I'm looking for and need. Brighter than competitive ones, e.g. Dell Inspiron. Love it.

I've had it just about a month and it's done amazing so far. Great battery life, sleek design, super fast. I purchased a docking station, it even runs three screens really well.

It has been 10 months since I bought this MS Surface Laptop 2 and I could not be happier with its reliability, style and performance. It was amazing to me how all of the traditional brands of PC/laptop manufacturers were failing me tha past few years- so many quality issues. I have not had a single issue with this machine, the performance is everything I need, it looks great and is very lightweight. So glad Microsoft decided to enter the market with a higher end- quality option. So worth the headache-free execution and I will not go back as long as they keep producing at this level.

I originally got this just for work but it's so nice, I find myself using it all the time! Lightweight, nice color, and the touch screen is an perfect for Adobe programs!

Great size and obviously built with quality. More than adequate memory and hard drive capacity for future software installations. Touch screen is sharp, clear and colorful.

The laptop is light sleek and it helps me to easily travel long distances without worrying about the weight. Battery backup is very good. Display is crisp and sharp.

This laptop is amazing! I love the sound which i believe comes from the keyboard which was so smart because when it's flat on a surface, the sound bounces off, creating a surround sound. This thing is so light which is a huge plus. I love the magnetic charger! The facial recognition is extremely responsive! The display is very vibrant! NOW!... my only gripe with it is that it is extremely vulnerable to fingerprints and smears. This can easily be fixed with a micro fiber towel but it's a constant thing to do. Overall, I love it and i still believe i didn't unlock its full potential yet!
