Great Laptop

The performance is amazing. Especially the face recognition is much faster and works even in dark and I just cannot be more happier. The only thing I wish it has more was better speakers and one more USB port. Additionally I wish MS comes up with model that has smaller storage but better RAMs

Overheats when charging

It's not just the a normal warm feeling, it gets so hot it's hard to handle unless I unplug it and let it cool off.

But unlike other laptops with similar specs, it doesn't bend into a tablet. The charging feature is cool, a magnetic clasp, but unlike other comparable laptops, the laptop charger isn't compatible with usb-c. For example, my phone can be charged with the Dell charger, but not with the surface.

With it's long battery life and it comfortable keyboard, this makes it a great laptop to use all day long.

This computer is fast, easy to use, and great keyboard. This is all coming from a Mac user. If you need a PC I'd recommend this over all others!

All the firmware was buggy and out of date and the IT man at my office had to update all of it which was suboptimal. This is why I didn’t give 5 stars.
