I am totally happy with this laptop. Bought it on sale for $200 off!! It's fast. The housing is durable and after 6 months of daily use, it has no issues; internal or external. This is my 2nd Surface laptop. I gave my first one (Surface laptop 2) to a friend and upgraded to a Surface 3. I've owned many laptops over the years, to include all of the well known brands, and the Microsoft Surface is the best of them all. I highly recommend. Best Buy occasionally has this and other Surace items only sale, so wait for the price to be right.

After returning the MacBook Air 2019 because of stuttering performance, I decided to go with this laptop because of the better processor. The intel core i5 processor is a quad core vs the dual core in the MacBook Air 2019. Overall performance is great and build quality is perfect. I highly recommend this machine!

When I needed a new laptop, I wanted a computer that cost me leas than $1,000. Needless today, this happened to be on sale. When I got it home, I was impressed!! It ia fast, light & sleek. The 138GB SsD/8GB of RAM suits my needs & more. The only downside is that there are only 2 USB ports (1 for USB-A & 1 for USB-C) and no Thunderbolt. The good thing is that my USB-C is good for display output. I like the magnetic power adapter & it charges fast! I highly recommend this laptop for anyone who wants to get some serious work done.

I have only had my Surface 3 for a few days now. It works great so far. I love the sleek design and the way the keyboard feels. My biggest issue is how hot this thing gets after a couple of hours of use... maybe it's because the design of the laptop is so slim, but the keyboard even starts to get hot. There is a fan, but I don't know how well its working to cool the computer down... I'll keep the laptop for a few more days, but if I have an trouble with it overheating I will definitely be returning.

I bought this to work from while I am traveling and it's perfect. The size is small enough to fit in my travel backpack or tote. I did have a problem with it not turning on after about 8 months of ownership but microsoft replaced it with a new computer. The only draw back in the single USB port so I just bought an adapter. I'm not super "techy" but I haven't had a problem with speed or storage.

Fast but sometimes has wifi problems. It charges fast but lasts only about 4 hours. Excellent typing and using office apps. Nice and modern design.

I bought it for school and it gets the job done It’s light weight Camera is low quality Really cool magnetic charger-making plugging in the dark Easy Connection is fast Battery life is long I can have multiple tabs open and be fine If anyone knows of a thin light weigh case for this please comment- I have a laptop case but I’m looking for a case that fits a laptop the way a case fits a phone. Not just something to put my laptop in- because it’s so thin and light weight I’m just scared to break it

I love this laptop. I had my eye on it for a while so when it went on sale, I grabbed it. The screen/picture is so clear. The speed is fantastic. I use this for everything from surfing the internet to watching movies and the battery holds the charge for hours. It also charges quickly. The speakers are not really loud but they are very clear. I would recommend this one

I've had this product for over a month now, and I work in a school and am in school and have found absolutely no problems. It holds a great charge, the keyboard is fluid and smooth, the display is bright and clear, and the processing is fast. If you're a student and looking to buy for an investment, here's your laptop. If you're an educator like myself and need a computer for distance learning, also look no further. Have no complaints.

I bought this laptop for general web browsing and working from home. The Surface laptop has been great so far. The battery life has been exceptional and fast charging through the USB-C port is an added benefit. The trackpad is much better than my older Windows laptop. The trackpad feels much closer to a MacBook's trackpad. The only thing that slightly bothers me is the heat when the laptop is on your lap. Buying a laptop cooler is needed.

Great computer, easy to use, great quality. It is a little more expensive but worth the price.

In the time I have had this laptop, I have had no trouble with it whatsoever. The internet search speed is great, the boot-up time is fantastic, and the laptop is very nimble. The only gripe I have about it is that after heavy usage for about 6-7 hours doing work, the laptop will start making noises as the fans start to really kick in. I do not know if this may be a normal thing among laptops but it is nonetheless a nuisance.

Any new computer is going to be great. PROs: The touchscreen feature is great for homework especially at this time when everyone is adjusting to homeschool! It is really lightweight. The Camera is way better than my MacBook Pro which doesn't surprise me as Mac device cameras suck. The charger plugs in sideways and it's magnetic. You don't even have to be looking for it to plug because the magnet will catch it. Since it plugs in sideways the cable should last much longer and won't get in the way if you have limited space. (again I'll reference apple cables, they fall apart so fast) Recommendation: Get a suitable touchscreen pen if you anticipate needing the feature to handwrite as its hard to write with your finger and have it look nice.

I love how slim this laptop is. Not too big and not too small just perfect. The display is clear and has great resolution. The keyboard is super smooth and track pad is very responsive. Not a single lag in processing the software, commands, and internet pages. like how the sound quality of the laptop exceeds expectations. This was definitely worth the price!!! I'd recommend this to everyone!
