Light and fast laptop/tablet. easy to use. Great quality

I needed a laptop or computer really fast because my old computer gave up and the audio from my tablet was messing up. I was having a hard time deciding was laptop to get until I found this one with no cons. After using if for about a month it is a perfect laptop to use and it is really sexy looking. The touch screen works and the keyboard feels smooth. The connections and speakers work perfectly. If this item is on sale for around 599 ot 699 get it because I know it will be sold out fast.

This laptop had been through a lot with me. I got this one specifically for dental school. So far so good. It lags sometimes and it doesn’t give you a warning before the battery die, but still runs all the hard programs very good.

Has solid battery life, a great looking display, and overall solid performance for school work, media consumption, multi tasking, and light gaming. This laptop is thin and light weight and the employees offered me a 100 dollar discount so it was more affordable. Worth the money if you want to be productive.

This is my first lap top and Iam very satisfied with this purchase, which was recommended to me from a relative. It was very easy to set up and works with my personal computers memory. It is light weight and comfortable to use. I was tired of always having to be at the computer desk, now I have access anywhere.

Love it! My daughter bought it for me for Christmas and I was debating between the Apple and this one. I decided to go for the surface laptop because it seem more modern and advanced. The colors are great, it’s a touchscreen which I love. It’s easy to use, light weight and very responsive.

Computer is sleek in design, keyboard and trackpad are built with strategy as well. May need a Surface Dock with this considering the little amount of ports on the device. Storage does run out quick get a larger storage size if looking to download many apps.

Purchased for my daughter for school. Starts up fast and runs well. No issues. Build quality is really only second to Mac. A little pricey based on the specs but reliability balances that out (dell/HP overload their stuff with a bunch of garbage). Overall, great laptop...

This is my second Surface 3 purchase. I use a Surface 2 for work and liked it so I bought one for me and my parents. Boots up quickly, easy to use, and very light weight. Only con is lack of connections but I bought a USB C hub off Amazon for $20 that took care of that problem.

After trying out several laptops in order to find one that is the right fit for me, this one is perfect for my needs as a student and looks amazing as well. Very thin, easy to carry, amazing display, everything seems to be flalwess......but I'm not sure if I'm the only one who seems let down by the sound quality? I have to turn the volume much higher in order to have a clear sound, while I haven't had this issue with other less expensive laptops. I'm not sure how to explain it but while it's still loud, I feel that I have to turn the volume higher when watching a series. I noticed it as soon as I received it and I'm exasperated because I've returned so many laptops and don't want to return this one as it's amazing in every other area, but sound is very important to me. I'm not sure if it's because the speakers are underneath the laptop and I set it down on my knees while using it, but the audio sounds muffled at times and just isn't as dynamic as I expected such a pricey laptop to be. Otherwise, the keyboard and display is everything I ever wanted. Would be curious to know if any other reviewers feel the same as I haven't found any comments describing this detail.

After using a surface pro 4 for a few years, I needed an upgrade. Spent a little more to get the Surface Laptop and have not regretted it. It does get a little overheated when I'm on a longer video call, but everything else is pretty solid.

I was long overdue for a new PC as the last thing I’d purchased for myself was a Laptop Mini ;Google Chrome Cast Mini and while I enjoyed that purchase and it’s use, as usual, My Only Child (Son) seems to think that when something I’ve purchased doesn’t get the use that he is used to putting into his computers, and if it lays around and only seldom used by the one whom purchased it (ME!!) then he starts using and modifying it to where that item becomes his lol ~ WELL IM HIDING THIS ONE FOLKS!!! It’s MINE, ALL MINE! I LOVE how Thin and Sleek it is, love that it fits within most of my Purses, it does what I need it to do & I’ve been told it can’t get Viruses on it either THANK GOODNESS!! I do hope that to be true anyway, as that was definitely the Biggest and Best Selling Feature for the Salesman I dealt with at BestBuy. I’d like to return here in about another Year and provide another review after using the laptop for a more lengthy time frame just to provide an alternative review after more time spent with my new laptop. I do love it Right Now though! a Lot!

The speed of this machine is awesome. I love the face recognition software. I hat the bloatware you can’t always rid yourself of (my phone, for example). The two biggest drawbacks are the single USB port. It’s incredibly annoying to have to plug an extender. Makes me wish they had an Apple mouse like the one on my Mac that syncs via Bluetooth without a dongle. The second drawback is the battery life. Don’t know where the company got 11.5 hours, but I’m lucky if I get four. I would have also liked an Ethernet port. With so many testing companies (ETS) requiring Ethernet connections to take tests at home, this as a disappointment. I was also in a pinch, so I only have a 500 GB drive. Would have been nice to be able to upgrade larger, but store didn’t have any. Geek squad’s next appointment available wasn’t until August. Overall, much after than precios laptops (as expected by the almost $900 price)

Solid build, fast, quick boot up and very fast facial recognition. Didn’t think it was worth $300 to go from 128 go to 256 go hard drive. I think they should make that a $100 upgrade but otherwise terrific.

Love this laptop. It’s fast, lightweight, thin. The only thing I don’t like, and the reason for the 4 stars, is the magnetic charger cord. I hate that most laptops are like that now. It comes off easily, and since it goes in sideways, it makes it uncomfortable to use it while charging. Other than that, it’s great.

Great clarity with the screen, VERY easy to set up and use. I especially like the feel of the keyboard area. It's not felt, but feels like it and cleans easily with the wipes I use for the screen. Plenty of area to rest your wrists while typing, which I like.

This new lap top was the perfect computer for my work at home office. Great dollar value and good computer to do just the right job at home or in the office. Light weight and fast on the internet. Very user friendly to use.

After a couple of user error hiccups to begin with, I'm very pleased with the laptop. It has everything I need, is a good size for me, holds a charge for a long time, and re-charges in a flash. A good decision all around.
