The look, weight, and feel of this laptop is very good. So far the functionality is what you would expect from a new computer. I use it for mostly internet based stuff and some office work. It works fine for these purposes. Also the size and weight make it ideal for travel.

I have yet to find anything wrong with this computer. I appreciate that it is fast, sleek, and cute. I was worried about purchasing a computer because I am not technologically minded, but purchasing and beginning to use this one was seamless.

This is a great laptop. Light weight, touch screen and very sleek. I enjoy using it everyday. When I ordered it, it was suppose to be two day shipping. When I made it home from work, it was already delivered the same day. Thanks Best Buy!

All I can say is wow. After using the intel version of the Surface Laptop 3 for a week I am still very impressed. Its nice to be able to poke fun at mac users with NO touchscreen. Hidden speakers under the keyboard sound really good and there are no ugly grills or ports to hurt the appearance. The laprop is really premium. The screen looks superb. Colors are accurate and vibrant. It is plenty bright in all situations I have encountered. Opening that lid with one finger is just hreat for bragging rights. The keyboard does have a ever so slight give in the middle on the Alcantara model, but it doesnt hinder typing in any way. Battery lasts all day for me. About 8 hours of SOT easily. I like that it can charge by usb-c, I have those everywhere so I leave the Surface charger at home. All in all, well done Microsoft, well done.

I replaced an old Lenovo with this Surface Laptop. It is light weight and was very easy to set-up. I like the touch feature and use the bamboo pen. It is fast and has enough memory for my needs. I would highly recommend it.

Love this laptop! I have had an apple laptop for the past 8 years and always assumed I would get another when the time came to upgrade. Just happened to stop by Best Buy before going to Apple. My son recommended the surface, and I was able to check out both this laptop and the MacBook Pro there. I was nervous that I would not feel as comfortable because I wasn’t familiar. But it is was an effortless adjustment. It’s very fast!, and it is much easier to save and retrieve documents. Very happy with my decision.

This laptop is VERY lightweight and it makes it easier when carrying it around campus with all my textbooks. Overall, it is very sleek and has a high resolution screen. I have also used photoshop on here and it provided a clearer quality than my HP laptop. Only issues I would say is that it is set up for Bing as a search engine and I prefer google. I had changed it but when it did an update, somehow it changed back. Also, I have a bad habit of not turning it off because I mostly just shut it, and sometimes this would cause me to have restart my computer as my brightness keys would not turn down my brightness. The plus side is that if you are a student, you may be eligible for student pricing on certain models which in my case, I was eligible for one which was very helpful!

This laptop is so so light weight that you dont feel you are carrying the laptop when moving and putting this in a backpack. Keyboard is really good and trackpad is on par with macbook pro. windows hello login works really great.

This computer is excellent, light weight, touch screen , charges fast, and reliable. The texture on the keyboard is soft and easy to clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a computer.

I have been a Mac user almost my whole life and recently switched to this computer for work. I am amazed at it’s quality and price point. I would say this is comparable if not better than the MacBook Pro. Would highly recommend.

We purchased this computer to use for day to day items, both for reference, school, and play. The lightness of the computer makes it easy to carry, nice and compact. It is powerful enough for our use and intuitive.

Fast, slick, great buy. I bought this for personal use but then Covid hit and I have been forced to work from home. So now I use this for work and it is excellent. I have yet to find anything I dislike about it.

The surface laptop 3 Exceeds my expectations! Having use Apple (Macbook Pro) products for a very long time, I was very skeptical at first... However, let me tell you the skepticism that I previously had, is no longer an issue whatsoever. From the sleek design to the powerhouse performance, puts the Microsoft surface laptop 3 at the top of its kind!!!!

Bought it for own use. Really lightweight and even after about a year it is pretty smooth and fast. Charge does not stay long (about 5-6 hours average) but this is pretty good for daily use.

I love this surface! So light and compact. Easy to use and even tho the screen is smaller than my old laptop it works just fine for me! Zoom meetings go well. Very functional!

I love the ease of the setup, the size for mobility and the various options i have of using my pen, touch screen or mousepad. The color and design is awesome and the screen size is perfect!

Even Though display brightness is not in auto mood the display brightness goes down and up Everything else is good; the price is little high comparing to 128 SSD. It should be price for the 256 SSD. I bought it on sale but the is price is still kept same. That means I could now buy at the same price. There is no point of saying sale if that exist for whole year. That means this is the regular price. Also best buy customer care don’t know about Military discount.

I love this laptop. It is light in weight but inside has all I need .I also like the microsoft edge .The Microsoft laptop 3 is study built and the key board is well designed.

Surface laptops are well designed and in my experience have been very dependable for the long haul. Light weight means they travel easy and the picture for the screen is easy on the eyes.
