So far everything is working well. Love the touch screen option of this verses other laptops that do not have them Nice and thin, very portable.

Had this device for 3 months. Bought to use for work during home work and personal usage. Extremely frustrated with the internet connectivity issues. I have returned one laptop only to experience the same issue with the new product. I have purchased the Surface for college student so decided to try the laptop for myself. I usually purchase Dell products. The postitive is that the keyboard and microsoft apps helps to add to better performance and usage. I could get that with other products so not unique to Surface Laptop 3.

i will admit i ordered this by mistake thinking it was was a serface pro, i like the size of it and it has worked great for my needs, it does not have a card reader or any speakers

Love the facial recognition to log in, and processor speed is amazing. Just using it for basic computing, but it works well and I would buy another.

This device is nice and sleek. The video and audio quality is awesome. The battery heats up very quickly. I had an issue with the LCD after only 4-weeks of owning the device and no one has been able to explain to me exactly what caused it (it wasn't on my end). The closest anyone has come to an explanation is that the panel overheated. The manufacturer didn't give me a hard time and graciously provided me a brand new replacement. So far, no issues, but it's only been a few weeks...fingers crossed, I won't have any issues.

It is a great computer for college. It works very smoothly, great resolution and it's perfect for school. I also love that is lightweight.

So far this seems good value for money. It was easy to set up and link to wifi and my other accounts. No problmes encountered so far!

A great laptop. Love the touch screen and the feel of the keyboard. I just wish I would have purchased the 16gb Memory instead of the 8gb because it can be slow at times.

I really do love this computer. It is so sleek, pretty, and runs fast compared to my old dinosaur laptop, but I am not happy with the battery life. When I was looking to buy a new laptop for school, that is a huge factor I had to consider and this has let me down big time. It stays charged for maybe 2 hours then needs to be charged. Yall, that is worse than my old computer. Hopefully geek squad will replace the battery because I have only had it for 2 weeks and I am not happy.

This Microsoft laptop was exactly what we needed to replace our 7 year old Toshiba laptop. It is much faster loading up and the screen is much better.

I've been needing a new laptop for a while, and this one is great! I'm amazed at how fast it is compared to my old one. Very light and the color is so pretty.

So when I was looking for a laptop I wanted something that was portable and looked good but still had some good performance. This one checked all the boxes. I build my own PCs and have a high end gaming computer. So didn’t a laptop that could game. If that is what you are looking for I would say look at a different laptop cuz this was definitely not build for gaming. But it does everything else amazingly . And it is super quiet. The fan does ramp up occasionally but not super noticeable. Definitely love this laptop

Purchased this for my son for his freshman year of college. Lightweight and perfect to bring to class with everything he needs for his classes.

Overall very happy with this laptop. I upgraded from a Surface Tablet so I enjoy the additional storage in the laptop. Easy to use and I love the color.
