I’d recommend this laptop for personal use and for students only. Definitely not a high end gaming system, may run most games in low to medium settings on sub par FPS. Also, this is one of the thinner Windows laptop you can get. Battery performance is good.

Got it for my daughter to use at college. She is double majoring; Forensic Anthropology & Criminal Justice. So far very pleased with product!! May upgrade our home computer to one of these as well!!!!

Open box, basically brand new works flawlessly. Glad I purchased this one. Was debating on going with the laptop go. Works great for basic gaming on low settings, streaming and browsing! Color is awesome! And the alcantara is a nice touch

Great laptop - gorgeous color in the Sandstone. Very user friendly and includes all the nice aspects of the Microsoft Surface family. I also like the 13.5" size as it makes it very easy to pop into bags/backpacks for work and school.

This laptop is giving me the performance that I was looking for. As a college student majoring in accounting, I needed a laptop that could run my applications because my MacBook didn’t configure with it. So glad I made the purchase!

This works wonderful for me, for doing my e-mails & updating X-cell & Word Documents. I love the color of the lap-top which is blue & that is my favorite color. Sometimes the keys seem really sensitive. There is a material texture by the keyboard.

It runs good and very sleek, just overheated really fast and was told buy sales associate that it didn’t overheat from bottom of the laptop. Was told fans were out the top.

Purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. It was time to finally upgrade her old laptop. Many choices to decide from and finally decided on this brand. So far she’s very happy with it for school and personal use like Minecraft :)

I love this laptop. I just use it for school writing papers but i also never have a problem having more than 3-4 programs open runs smooth and battery life is ok not the best but enough to keep me busy for a good 6-8 hours running multiple programs at once.

Great service in store they went over the details and showed me some of the highlights of the laptop. The price was good. After getting it home and using it does everything I need and more! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good laptop! Thanks Best Buy

The laptop itself is beautiful and performs well. That said, the provided charger is rather lousy. It is a good concept, but breaks easily. Only taking 1 star off for this because you can easily bypass the issue by using a 60W usb-c charger since the laptop supports usb-c charging.

Love the touch screen and the slim classy look. My only criticism is that it is still a little heavy, but that could be from my using my iPad so much in comparison. Very responsive. Just starting to use it more so will probably get the external mouse. I think I will become a pretty big fan shortly.

great laptop. i was in a rush to get a laptop for my grandson for distant learning and all other stores i have checked out laptops were OUT OF STOCK. glad to have gone to best buy and was able to purchase laptop that they had in stock all other brands were limited to stock.

Because of COVID-19 we had an appointment. We were quickly greeted and taken into the store. Our consultant was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us make a decision. Set up at home was easy and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Small, powerful, solid. Love this laptop. Have owned two other Surface laptops, and they are top quality. This one seems to be, too. Quick, with all the features I love in Surfaces (Windows Hello login, illuminated keyboard).

I was looking for a lightweight EDC comp and boy does this fit the bill. i love the portability and it runs everything i need for work., I love the bonus feature that the keys are backlit so i can work even in less lit areas.

This is our 3rd Surface, and I can say that it is one of the best laptop/tablets we have ever owned. It's durable and sturdy, and for the price, it's a can't miss. Will continue to upgrade to the Surface when this one runs it's course.

Best purchase i ever made at best buy. I bought this laptop for almost half the price as open box product and it is basically brand new. Was just missing charger and manual. Its a laptop who needs a manual lol.

I’m normally a Mac fan but wanted to try something new. I love this laptop. It’s also touch screen which is an added bonus for me. So far I have had no issues with the laptop.

My husband needed a device to work from home during shelter-in-place with remote access to work Files. His IT team suggested this Surface and it is making his job so much easier. Thanks Best Buy for making pick-up so easy and hassle-free.
