Got this for personal use. It allows me to easily keep track of my personal business and work even when my husband is asleep due to the keyboard light, I picked the beautiful sandstone color. I just love my new laptop!!

Its amazing touch screen makes it so much it easier i purchased it for my daughters remote learning classes and so far its doing excellent job just one problem when we charge it has heating issues other than its excellent

A very lightweight piece of equipment one that I would purchase again. One thing is that I would not buy anything with a processor of less than an I5 and up. You buy anything less then the i5 your systems get bogged down and is slow

Great general purpose laptop. The screen is one of the brightest and sharpest in this class of laptops. The bummer is MS refuses to go Thunderbolt 3, and it would be nice to have some slimmer bezels. Overall a great general purpose laptop for anyone.

Sleek and easy to handle. I have very bad RA all over but my hands are the worst. I am able to open the laptop with ease. It's not too heavy or bulky for me to handle. I'm still learning or relearning. I'll get it.

We bought one of these 2-3 years ago and it is our workhorse. My work has caused me to need that so much, my wife couldn’t keep up with what she needed. So, we bought another identical one. We love it.

Coming from an old Surface Pro 3, As expected, Great materials and finish, competitive specs, display, and great performance. Fantastic all-around workhorse...Really really hard to beat for the money.

I was really skeptical about buying this laptop since it is a little bit expensive, but I don't regret it! So far it has worked great. I mostly use it for school work and there hasn't been any problems.

I decided to go with Microsoft over apple this time and so far is been great, you can connect it directly to you other devices like TV without needing and extra device like apple TV or others.

I've always had an HP, but this laptop is amazing! The screen size is perfect, and the touch screen has just the right sensitivity. Top it off with the matte black color, and it's my favorite laptop I've had in a long time.

what I don't like about the surface is the fact they are charging me for my word and excel software It was free on my old surface, I am also not happy with the fact that they closed the microsoft stores

This laptop has completely exceeded all of my expectations. My son has a Mac book and has taken over my computer because of all the great qualities and features. Looks like I will be getting another one.

Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 is an excellent laptop, i bought 2 of these laptops for my son and daughter in 6 months and looking to buy one for myself. Waiting for Christmas deal to buy VEF-00043.

If you don't want a Mac then get a surface. I have tried many laptops with arguably better specs but the performance and smoothness in surface laptop 3 is excellent. I would have to say that it's on par with MacBooks. It's a good buy any day.

I got this to replace my Surface Pro from a few years ago. I prefer a traditional laptop to the hybrid tablet functionality of the Pro. So far so good, but I should have waited a few weeks because the price of the I7 model dropped to the price of the I5.

After purchasing the Laptop 3, I scheduled an appointment to have the New Laptop set up and also to tune up another laptop with the Geek Squad. On the New Laptop I have had to return back to Best Buy 4-times for issues that are still up to date unresolved. I will have to return back to the store with hopes that it will be the final time for the results that we should have received after the first visit. This has not only been time consuming but also inconvenient as it is and easy 16 mile drive for me each way.
