Best look and feel of any windows laptop

It's super light and the hinge let's you open the laptop one handed without picking it up and is sturdy where there's no wobble. The keyboard is probably the best I've used on a laptop and the touchpad is 99% as good as the apple one. If you're looking for a good work or school laptop this is the one to beat.

I was able to put together all the information I needed to submit to my employer for my latest promotion and put the packet together quickly. The computer is light weight so I can take it with my anywhere. It responds to commands with efficiency making work a breeze. I highly recommend this product to everyone. To date, it is by far, the best computer I have ever had.

I had replace the surface pro with the surface laptop and I am very happy so far. Easy to set up and I even purchased the anti virus from best buy so I don't have to worry. I always loved my surface pro there was nothing wrong with it but it was time to upgrade and I never really used the tablet mode since I have a tablet so the laptop is great. It is so sleek looking.

Battery life is wayyy better than the Surface Pro I have. The device feels premium and the key board is more comfortable than the Surface Pro. The touch screen isn't as responsive as my Surface Pro but you can scroll through websites with your finger without any issues. I haven't used the USB or USB-C ports so far.

Its super light but you can feel the build quality is very high. Better and lighter than my Mac book air that I gave to my parents because I upgraded to a Surface book 2. Having touchscreen capabilities and the new generation processors, you can't go wrong if you are needing a capable laptop.

Quick starting and user friendly for anyone in the family. USB ports are good enough for me, but others may want more. Battery life is incredible. Touch screen is great. Kudos to Best Buy on fast shipping and easy returns (I ordered the wrong mouse at first). Highly recommend.

This was a great integration for me. Really enjoying learning to use all the features and with a short attention span I always have multiple applications running so I find it impressive how smoothly the processing system can handle it all. Touch screen is just an added bonus! Next step getting the compatible pen to doodle!

My only complaints are that 1) The USB port is a little snug, it can be awkward to pull things out, and because the base is so thin you actually have to pick it up to remove a USB. And 2) It overheats when you try to stream on twitch or play most video games. It's good for writing, email, social media, photo editing, basic browsing. But not heavier stuff.
