I personally use a Mac and I think that Chromebooks are the best value going. But, I have to have a PC and the surface is one of the best going. It's very fast, has Face ID (which I love) and never messes up on the Windows updates. The display is very nice and it has a large and fairly accurate trackpad. I don't love the touch screen. I bought mine open box and it was like new with all the original packaging and saved me over $400. You can't beat it.
