I purchased this product back in March of last year. The computer still works great and I have not had any issues. The processing of the computer is quick and the graphics are amazing.

I bought this for my wife, who is a photographer. She needed something light and portable with the power to edit photos on the go. This did the trick. She never has any issues with photoshop or the adobe cloud upload/download on this device like she had with a previous computer.

This is a great laptop. So slim, well made... solid. Great feel, look. Most important is it's super fast in use and on startup. Very happy with this purchase... best lightweight laptop for my needs. Sipper easy to set up... guided right thru in about 10 minutes

well worth the money and one of the best computers. My wife loves the laptop. It came fast but would not boot. It had the blue screen of death upon unboxing. I had a keyboard and mouse laying around and got into the windows recovery. After removing it it worked perfectly.

The best feature for me is the amazing speed. The device almost anticipates the next move. My customer service rep, Taylor, at the Bend, Oregon store was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient.

Perfect for school (Microsoft Office apps, school-specific apps, OneNote) and perfect for personal use (media consumption, email + web browsing). The matte black, full-body metal is gorgeous. Very snappy...I have had no issues with it so far. Highly recommend if you are interested in it!

I traded in my dying Surface Laptop 1 for the 3 and it's better in every single way. Keyboard feels amazing. Larger trackpad is awesome and has a better click than the loud click of SL1. Got it on sale and was ultimately cheaper than what I paid for SL1 back in the day. Technology!

I purchased this laptop because I needed one for online nursing school when I say this laptop has everything you need for nursing school it’s awesome I haven’t had any issues charges really fast which is great!!! Saves battery when you’re not on it!!!

Purchased as an open box. Plenty fast for basic computing, distance learning and browsing. Touchscreen is a bit awkward given angle. Plus was higher resolution screen than comparable notebook at price point paid. Also like the aluminum body compared to plastic used on most units.

Great build quality and this model works fine. I really like the 3:2 aspect of the screen. Maybe as good as it gets or all you need for your household average use. Wifi 6 , great speakers, fine motor. Very pleased with it

I love this computer. It's nice and efficient. it feels premium. I loooove this color too. I love that there is no speakers on the side and the sound comes out of the keyboard. Super fast to face recognize far better than what I had before.

I replaced my MSI GS65 with this laptop as I needed to travel more. This laptop is super thin and feels extremely well built. The hinge tension is just perfect so it opens easily with 1 finger. The speaker is one of the better ones I've heard on laptops. The touchpad is amazingly smooth and the clicks are so satisfying, even more than MacBooks. The screen is great, and the 3:2 ratio is great for having 2 windows open to get some work done. The keyboard has the perfect snap back for me, but it feels like it takes too much effort to push a key down so when I type full speed, it feels like I am banging on the board, but that's so minor that I overlook it. Literally everything is a positive about this computer except the oddly sized m.2 drive it uses so upgrading the storage is difficult. I opted to just use a cloud service to work from so I can access it from any device without a hitch.

This laptop is a great investment. I am a college student who has a heavy load and this laptop has really been useful in all aspects. The amount of storage, to the touchscreen, even the keyboard was great for me. LOVE It!

So far, I'm very happy with the Microsoft Surface Laptop. I switched to Microsoft Laptop because of their very good Consumer Report rating. The keyboard is wonderful. I still have much to learn about the computer but it performs very well for my usage.

I was expecting more since this was a very pricy purchase. Nope, nothing special. Does the same thing as any other. I did like that it was lightweight. The matte black color was nice, but smudges at the slightest touch.

I like the form factor of this device over the others in the product line. A few things lacking: I would like to see the USB-C be thunderbolt instead and to have additional ports. I also wish this came standard with Windows 10 Pro instead of the home addition.

Love it don’t waste you’re money on a apple product. Microsoft won’t disappoint you. Love it for work! Really fast slick design and awesome mat black color. Light weight. The video and sound are amazing. Love everything about it.

Dopest lap top experience ever. Super sleek and easy to use. I love the dual screen capability. I bought this right before the coronavirus shut everything down because I knew I'd be working from home. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

My granddaughter loves this laptop. It is the perfect size for her to do all her school work. She had a hard time deciding which one she wanted but when she saw the Microsoft - Surface Laptop 3 she was sold on the looks and size. She loves it!!!

Bought to replace my 4 year old Surface Book. Found I did not need to detach the screen so this lighter version suited my needs perfectly. Great backlit keyboard and touch screen ensure I can function effectively in any location or light!
