The perfect laptop for my business and personal needs. everything i wanted in one! Has all the features i need. Touchscreen is the best that I enjoy make my job alot easier and fast.

I am really enjoying my Surface Laptop, but after a month and a half, I'm still upset that the salesperson gave me incorrect information about the product. They only had the black available in store, and I specifically asked several times about the material being the same as the store models (the blue and gray have a special material around the keyboard) and he reassured me they were the same and wouldn't open a box to show me. I purchased the computer, thinking I could always return it, but the geek squad was transferring data off of my old computer and needed the new one that day, so I didn't physically see the device until after my data was uploaded and 3 days had passed. The black is fine, it is very sleek if you are into that, but to me, it feels cold and always looks dirty and they don't really make a lot of cases for these computers.

The product came clean, easy to install with great packaged material. The Microsoft surface laptop is best. The screen, quality and specs match my requirements to podcast and business visit.

Originally intended to be my wife's laptop. Not so. I fell in love with it since I saw it in the store. Probably will get her another. I take it to work everyday, great battery time A five star investment!

Excellent lap top, fast, responsive, beautiful. I purchased it open box and it was pristine and I saved money which made it very appealing. Needed a non Mac product for virtual work. You won’t be sorry!

This is the second Surface we’ve purchased as a grad present for our college bound daughter. It’s perfect, works well for college needs and the color is unique. Our grad loves it for school and streaming. Very happy with this purchase.

I needed a new laptop for organizing pictures and checking email and also for my daughter who started back at school recently. We love this computer. The color is beautiful and it's light weight.

Computer was for my wife but she loves it. It's fast and very reliable now she can separate her work and her homework on different computers. We got it on sale at a great price.

I am impressed with the simplicity of the laptop. Clean lines and looks good. A little heavy for how small it is. I do not like all of the extra "stuff" that is loaded on the device. There is too much that requires being deleted.

Quick and easy. The only down side was having to wait longer than I felt like things were a bit disorganized in the computer area. I am used to Best Buy being more responsive.

I’ve been a long Apple product user but switched to this after using it for work. It’s super easy to use and i love the touchscreen. It also has Face ID which is wonderful and overall usability is just amazing.

I did a bit of research into laptops before finally deciding on this model. I'd gotten a previous version of this Microsoft laptop a little over a year ago, but I ended up gifting that laptop to one of my students. Then this new version came out, and I was intrigued but waited a few months before making a decision. I've not had this new laptop for very long, but it's working pretty well and does its job like a dream. My only beef with it is that I find it a bit too heavy and wish it was a bit lighter, since I have to take it to work and home again, and the weight is certainly a consideration. Otherwise, it's a fine machine which I know will serve me well. Its reputation for reliability I think will take it far.

Very happy with my purchase !! Have always had a MacBook but the transition to Microsoft laptop has been easy. My work and school already utilized features so fit right in.

Just got this Surface Laptop and immediately took it on vacation with us. I own my own business, so even on vacation there is some work to do. But nothing like sitting at the pool and doing a little work!

Great, lightweight computer. Good specs and perfect for being on the go. I had a surface pro 3 years ago and the screen was a bit small for my liking, but this is just right.

So much faster than my old laptop. My wife's jealous of it's speed and touch screen abilities. She's buying her own! It's so nice to finally update old equipment.

Great price for refurbished, plus bought the warranty and was still $100.00 cheaper than a new one. Great computer, Microsoft Surface has everything native especially MS Office.

About 1 month into this unit and have no complaints. Fast, easy to use, stylish, and great resolution. My first laptop with backlit keys, can't believe any manufacturer wouldn't have them now.

Great computer fast and all over all good price that I got it for. Just make sure that your screen brightness is not to high cause if not your battery will die fast.
