This laptop was purchased for my daughter in college who needed something portable, versatile, and easy to use. She had the original Surface and this made the transition seamless.

Without a doubt I define this as my best purchase I adore this computer, its finishes, its matte black color makes it unique for me, its capacity, I recommend it completely

Boots up in 2 blinks of an eye. Flies though programs and No issues, probably because the laptop is Microsoft and so is the OS! Don’t have to be a genius to figure this out, lol.

So far this laptop is better then I expected. It was an apple or surface 3. Made the right choice. I’m a big apple guy but this purchase has been surprisingly great. I would highly recommend

I've been a primary Mac user for a long time, but my new job required a PC. I'm very happy with the Surface Laptop, great screen, great keyboard, fast processing.

The best PC laptop ever! Works as flawlessly as MacBook Pro's. Will be the best choice for students and office workers. Nice for media consumption purposes as well.

I've only had the laptop for a little over a week. I'm impressed. I love how much faster than my old laptop. I haven't had any problems with the laptop so far.

I was looking for a straight forward, no nonsense laptop. I began looking into the Surface laptop and Surface Book. I've been solely using laptops for the last 15-20 years, mostly provided by my employer but also a couple personal laptops. I decided to look into Microsoft products after having to deal with bloatware on every device I've ever used. So far, so good. Since I'm using this primarily to access Microsoft Windows 365 and the internet, it just made sense. I would have preferred a Surface Book but just couldn't justify the cost for my needs. I'm not a gamer, nor do I do any video development/editing.

I’m really impressed with the screen and keyboard quality of my Surface Laptop 3. The only thing I’d change is the battery life because some days it barely lasts the entire day without needing a charge.

I prefer this to the Surface Pro. Touchscreen is still great and the keyboard and pad are much more reliable. I wish they went with USB C charging over the proprietary plug.

I love my surface. Prior to this laptop, I had an HP Chromebook, and there is absolutely no comparison, I am going to be using a Microsoft device for the rest of my life!

This is the first laptop I ever purchase and I am so happy with it. I LOVE the color and how pretty it is to look at, not to mention I love the system itself. Very easy to use !

Love this laptop! So sleek and easy to use. It’s a lightweight, travel friendly size. But the screen still offers a good amount of space to work efficiently.

Best laptop I have owned. Love the touch screen and start up with facial recognition makes me feel secure using it. Lightweight and convenient to carry.

This was purchased for a college student for Christmas. They loved how light weight the device was. It also boots very quickly which is helpful when you are running late for class.

Laptop lighter and thinner than expected but it’s a good thing. Definitely better than the surface pro I purchased a couple years back.
