Everything great, love the screen size and resolution. Only negatives: No light anywhere to let me know if laptop is on, touhpad is too sensitive despite adjusting to less sensitivity, and it would be nice if a pen was included with the purchase.

Love my product . I had trouble with shipping. Ordered Black Friday and it got lost in transit. They shipped out a new one that was also delayed. I did receive it Christmas Eve. I think I will buy in the store next time.

Very satisfied, the color of the computer and texture is really nice . If you’re trying to get by collage something budget , this works well. I bought it for my html class , wrks good so I’m happy

I purchased this computer as a graduation gift for my son who just graduated in Graphic Design. He absolutely loves, loves, love it! He said it is everything he thought it would be and more!

Overall, it's a nice laptop and works well for both school and work. The only con is the battery life. Working remotely and having to attend video conference throughout the day, the battery has to be charged often.

i bought the laptop for school but i didnt use it at all for a whole month. its a great laptop very portable and easy to use. the issues I've been having is that it overheat very quickly with barely any use (I'm a student and i type papers). also the battery life is very short. i would get about 5 hours on a full charge. And unfortunately i not able to return it.

The best laptop ive ever head. Even beats xps 13 at this price point. Xps has better specs at the higher price point but this laptop at $1000 delivers great value.

This is the 2nd one we bought spent months researching for 1 son to go to college. Purchased the second one for son 2 to go to police academy. Works great for both studies

This is an excellent 3rd generation of the Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 with its fast charging and new microprocessor. The sandstone color offered with this laptop is a beautfiul color that my daughter love it

I'll start with my biggest issue. Windows includes an auto contrast feature which as opposed to the auto brightness feature is unable to be turned off. You can try Intel software and Registry Editing but nothing works to turn it off on this machine. This leads to the display turning off completely when in a low light condition with the screen brightness as low as possible which is when I use the laptop the most. The battery life and thermals aren't the best but if you're willing to bring down the resolution this machine is great. Overall I would recommend looking for the laptop for under $800 because I feel spending anything over may be a waste.

Great computer! Super nice functionality that I have never seen in any other device. Super detailed set up and options that make it a very personable computer.

Bought for my office and day to day work.. tried first time .. being fan of MacBook.. found there is something out in market as a great competitor to it.. love this laptop and no regret to switch windows

I started with the Surface Book Pro moved to the Surface Laptop 2 and now to the Surface Laptop 3. The quality is very good and the performance is great. It is the best PC Laptop that you can buy.

The sales service at Best Buy is excellent and the product, the Microsoft Surface laptop, is working as promised. We will certainly return for our next technology purchase.

Products are fantastic. Was a little annoyed that I couldn't pick it up the day it originally said I could, but I believe it may have been a bank issue rather than BestBuy issue.

I find that it works well for my needs. At time gets a bit glitchy but in the end, it gets the job done. I don’t like the small screen, so I bought a 24” monitor and that helped immensely.

In love with the laptop its great and quick. one of my favorite features is the touch screen , would like the camera quality a bit better other wise its a great purchase.

My daughter is very happy with her new laptop. The color is perfect for her. She likes that the keyboard is lit. All of her schoolwork is done on this laptop. Plenty of space.
