My boyfriend is so in love with his new laptop. It’s quick, user friendly, and just sophisticated looking. I know looks are the end all be all, but it’s worth a mention. This is a great laptop for quick business and office work.

My Daughter, Son and Wife all needed new laptops. My Son wanted the Apple flavor, but my Wife and Daughter went with Surface. They felt more premium than most every other Windows product in the store. My Daughter bare metal with the sandstone, my Wife went Cobalt Blue with alcantara. The fact it had alcantara wasn't obvious and when she picked it up she decided she really liked it better. It's thin and light. Great looking screen with a nice keyboard. The alcantara supposedly easy to clean, but I would still be careful. Being in stock and the sale price made it a no brainer. I don't often buy the warranties, but with this I did. There is nothing you can repair yourself on this. My Surface Pro 4 had a drive go bad and I ruined it trying to repair it myself. Well, it was ruined anyway. Overall a nice laptop.

I love my new laptop. It’s lightweight, portable, battery lasts, easy setup, intuitive to use, and kept up with all my needs. It also looks and feels luxurious to the touch. Cannot be more satisfied with this purchase!

My wife could not be happier. It is elegant and sturdy. It is fast and has memory for days. Laptops are all great nowadays, but the style of this one sets it apart. It’s also super light. Truthfully 11 hour battery life! That’s awesome

I got this laptop a few days ago and I fell in love. It fits my budget and the quality is amazing. It's light if you have to carry your laptop around. The battery can last 6-7 hours. It's new, so it runs fast definitely.

Very good laptop, it’s very fast and reliable. It connects quickly and it’s very loud. Very light probably around 2-3 pounds so you don’t notice it’s there and the screen is REALLY clear it’s like 4K quality.

This laptop is very lightweight and the processor speed is very fast. My one complaint is with the USB ports: one port is the standard type and the other is a USB-C configuration and is not compatible with most devices.

I love the color and look of this laptop. It is very light so you can take it anywhere. I love the touchscreen feature and the battery life is nice. There is no downside for me as a college student.

Bought this unit for my wife, and it has been very good so far. It's actually noticeably much faster than my 3-year-old Dell 15-7577. My wife likes Hidden Object games usually played thru the GameHouse app. Her games would not play well on her 5-year-old Dell Inspirion. She would borrow my mentioned Dell which has Nvidia GTX 1060 Max Q gaming unit to play her games. These games now do play quite well on this new Microsoft Surface laptop 3 even without a discreet gaming card. As mentioned by many reviewers the build quality is quite beautiful. We are happy.

I pre ordered this back in October and it is everything I wanted in a new laptop. I absolutely love the color, size and how light it is to carry. I am just bummed out that it is now $300 less than what I paid for it.

I switched from an old Apple Macbook to the Surface Laptop 3 and the Surface Laptop 3 does NOT disappoint. Two of my favorite features are the incredibly responsive touch screen, and the ability to use your face to unlock the computer (rather than a password)! This unit is incredibly thin, light, and fast. It boots up in seconds from a full shutdown and "waking up" from sleep mode is really fast. The new 10th gen Intel i5 processor is top notch and super snappy. The fairly small storage capacity of 256GB is less of an issue if you utilize Microsoft OneDrive. The only area of improvement is the lack of an indent near the base of the touchpad to use your thumb to open the lid one handed...but this is a VERY minor "issue".

I absolutely LOVE this laptop! I am a software developer and I was looking for a replacement for my circa-2010 HP EliteBook that was getting ancient and slow under Windows 10 Enterprise. I have always loved the color and build quality of the Surface products and decided to give it a try --- boy was I pleasantly surprised! The speed and power of the 10th Gen i5 processor is more than sufficient to debug extensive C/C++/C# programs in Visual Studio Enterprise while also running myriad other tasks in the background. The screen is incredible and amazing on the eyes, with a sound quality to the speakers that has blown me away. All in all, this is a great product and I will be buying a whole series of these laptops for my company.

Very fast, low. The touchscreen and not too heavy. Also very thin which is great! My only con I have of this is not for the product itself; I can’t seem to find any nice cases for it. Most cute cases are for Macs :/

The laptop is very lightweight, and it is very easy to type on. The picture quality is great for videos and pictures. The battery life is also great and it lasts me most of the day.

I was pretty impressed with the laptop. It’s pretty light weight and the battery life is pretty good. The 8GB Ram is a plus. Plus it’s on sale for $300 off. It’s so easy to set up. I also purchased the docking station to make it a dual monitor

I love how fast this computer runs and it’s easy to use, it’s lightweight. Beautiful laptop! To top that off, the service at Best Buy’s is amazing! I couldn’t ask for more.

This is my second Microsoft Surface Laptop, and I continue to be thrilled with this computer. It is perfectly sized for portability, and powerfully sized for the processing I need. There are two things I miss from my former laptop systems: a DVD with read/write capability, and an SD card slot. However, the addition of the Microsoft Pencil and touch screen more than make up for those former features, each of which can be provided through adapters and the USB port. Highly recommend this for business professionals, and strongly recommend to purchase a protective case as normal" device care."

This would receive 5 stars except for a defect which have seen others complain about. There is an issue that at times it is difficult to power up. There does not appear to be any fix. You simply have to hold down the the power button for about 10 seconds. In addition, like so many new computers, memory is limited. Unless you are going to use cloud storage or are will to connect storage via USB you are limited as there is no SD card slot. Aside from these problems and limitations, it is a sleek, well constructed quick agile laptop. It is light and the slightly larger screed is a huge plus for me. Screen quality is excellent and the touch pad is responsive.

I bought this laptop to run a specific program for my business and ended up letting my son use it for school. For the money, I would've purchased 13" Macbook Pro had I had the option with the specific program I wanted to run, however, the build quality is very nice. The chassis is all aluminum and the screen quality is very good. The keyboard is a bit squishy and the the trackpad leaves a lot to be desired. Performance wise, it's very good. Quick, responsive and minimal lag. However, it is very finicky to wake from sleep, which is aggravating when you're running late to a zoom class lol.

Love it. Beautiful design. Super fast. Easy to use. Great camera for conferencing. And it flawlessly runs all the software we’ve grown up using.
