Bought this for my daughter for when she started college. She wanted something light weight and yet small but not too small. This was perfect!!

Better performance than I expect. New Intel 10th gen with 10nm is very powerful. And very good battery life. Its able to charge through usb-c, but it gets hot than through surface connector.

My 16" laptop finally died. It was so heavy and bulky. So I wanted something thinner and lighter in weight. This is ALL that. Unfortunately it is a tad too small for me. When I am typing, I think I graze the touchpad below. That causes the cursor to move to the wrong place. In the middle of typed work. That is why I think it was overpriced. So I'm still getting used to it. I look forward to taking this on vacation or trip. Whenever this COVID is under control.

This computer is excellent. It has never given me any issues and runs strong. It’s very sleek. I bought this computer for college and it served me well.

Had a lot of issues when the administrator email was missed spelled. Very difficult to fix. Once that was fixed it’s been easy to navigate. Great size and easy to navigate.

I purchased this laptop during the Black Friday sales. Price was very competitive, design is sleek, laptop is light, and graphics are sharp. No issues with use yet.

I love this laptop! It is so light and compact I can take it with my anytime, anywhere. I love the color, the quality is great, and it’s easy to use.

I wanted to love this laptop. It uses 3:2 display (like the Macbooks do) which is the preferred aspect ratio in my opinion. The keyboard and touchpads are very responsive; laptop is quiet and stunning screen. Performance isn't too bad for non demanding tasks and basic photoshop. My only issue is that the screen cracks too easily if you get the Metal version, there is nothing that separates the Glass and metal from touching one another. This results in self cracking screens or easily cracking screens if laptop is picked up the wrong way. Microsoft does free replacements for this as its a known issue. Because of the screen cracking, I returned the device and got the next best thing > the Dell XPS 13 9300.

Excellent computer. Lightweight, sleek feel. I purchased one for my wife and we liked it so much we purchased 2 more for our high school age children. Highly recommended.

I've owned several laptops (20+) in my life and this is the best one yet. SUPER fast and easy to use. Screen resolution is outstanding!

Got this pink Surface for my teenage dtr, she loves it, , the apps, capability, easily turns on, navigation, she even loves the charger on the side., great audio. I've heard from others that surface get hot right away, my dtr is not having that problem & she uses it quite a bit, daily. I chose this one over MAC, as I have one for work as well, working out great. So far, we have no complaints. I have both Mac Pro & Surface, so I'm learning a lot about both, yet loving both. Perhaps biggest difference for me, might be money you pay for the name, MACPro was more expensive

This was a great purchase - Open box item, nice condition, almost 1/2 the cost. size just right for taking on the go. lightweight & screen has nice clarity

I saw a coworker at a conference use this laptop and it looked so chic but the quality of the screen was nice and overall it looked nice... she highly recommended this product and tbh it was worth every penny. Though it’s “smaller” than your regular laptop, the quality is much better and the screen is actually big enough for what you need to do. I used this for work to run reports, split screen, work on excel sheets. I loved it! The keyboard area has a different material which I like. I can’t comment for all the high tech / IT stuff but it did more than what I needed it for :)

I am 47 years old, and this is the very first laptop I have ever purchased for myself. Until now, I have always borrowed a laptop when I needed one. I am primarily using this laptop for school, and I absolutely LOVE it! It is fast. The keyboard is delightful (I thoroughly enjoy typing on a good keyboard). The camera is great. It plays videos perfectly. The touchscreen works like a dream. Oh, and I love Microsoft Edge as a browser - first time using it. I definitely recommend Microsoft Surface Laptop 3. You need it in your life!

Love love love this laptop. Really good screen quality. Super fast and so far everything has worked well. Thinking of buying one for my daughter soon.
