Good to transition my wife from a very slow i3 MacBook Air. She does some work from home where Office apps are required. They ran so slowly on 2020 MacBook Air that we just couldn't take it anymore. It's hard to find a comparable screen and build quality in a PC, but this one checked those boxes. We got ours on sale/open box. I think it's great. If you don't need a big graphic card for rendering/editing videos, this would be a good all-around family computer.

Went in to buy a Surface Pro, left with this after comparing them side-by-side. I like the display better (narrower bezel ) and keyboard. I have owed and used the original Surface Pro, a Pro 3 and Pro 6 over the last few years and have been very happy. The Surface Laptop, so far, is proving a perfect upgrade over the Pro 3 which my son has adopted for distance learning. I only use this for email and internet browsing, and it works perfectly for me for those use cases.

Working well so far. Lightweight. Nice looking finish. Would be better if had more USB ports.

this laptop screen is great, the speakers sound good and charges fast and runs great. Only bad thing is fan makes a buzzing noise when it quiet .

Touch screen is very responsive. Quick to boot up and easy to use. Also very lightweight. Good value for the price

I got this for my daughter for school. Works great for all her homework/school needs. Able to connect to the surface dock to be able to use it more like a desktop (with full size keyboard, mouse and 27" monitor). Works great as a desktop but then she can take it to class when she needs to. The built in keyboard and trackpad are fantastic, the screen looks great. Would be better if the usb-c port was thunderbolt. Also the Bluetooth chip it not the best, it can be very finicky.

I was hesitant to make the transition from Macbook Air to the Surface. But I really was not too attached to the iOS and for work purposes, this is an amazing laptop. I am a writer and are on email a lot and this laptop is great for that. The only reason why I did give it 5 stars is the bit of glare that happens when working outside due to the touch screen, but this is minor. I got the matte black, which is stylish but is a finger attractant. Overall, I am happy I made the switch, an amazing laptop, especially if you get it with discounts!!

I purchased this laptop for graduate school and I am loving it. It is light, easy to navigate! Plus the blue color is trendy.

Love it. The laptop runs quick and smooth. It was easy to set everything up and holds a charge for a long time.

Of all the laptops I have owned (both Windows and Mac) this one is turning out to be one of my favorites. The keyboard is excellent. I particularly like the black keys with illuminated characters. It is easy to use in dim light. I often have an obscene number of browser windows open and apps running at any given time, and the machine does not slow down or overheat. What can I say, this machine is a real pleasure.

Purchased to replace a stolen Surface 2. My only complaint was my 2 had the Alcantara covered keyboard. I loved the feel of the Alcantara when I typed. I thought the Surface 3 would come with it. It is my fault for not realizing I purchased the wrong model. I thought it was a standard feature. Great laptop. Easy to use and set up. I love the light weight of it. Besides the lack of Alcantara keyboard I absolutely love this laptop.

It’s the lightest laptop from surface and ease to use. Performance wise it’s best and the SDD is the best.

Nice computer, great clear screen. I don't like the fact that it only has one port for my cordless mouse. Otherwise its a great computer.
