Last 2 laptops lasted 5 years each. Replaced the Mac as battery life was drifting downward over time. Read good reviews about the battery life of this computer, but my experience doesn't match. I don't stream movies nor do I play video games. So far the battery life is the same as my 5 year old Mac I do enjoy using the newer Microsoft platform, though

Two weeks after buying it it completely went black and wouldn’t turn back on. Other than that problem good size easy to use

I haven't had any problems with this since I purchased it. It is better than some of the other brand-name laptops out there. I will absolutely buy this again in the future if I need another laptop. Great investment for those who want more bulk and power than the Surface Pro but not as much weight as the Surface Book. One minor detail is that the facial recognition did not recognize me the first time I wore glasses or headphones, but that does not occur anymore (I assume the system has learned to recognize me better).
